<p>هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع وتُقَع في عجمان لكاتب قطاعات رئيسية، صانع نماذج، إنشاء أنماط دقيقة لفئات مختلفة من الملابس. سيقوم القاطع الرئيسي، صانع النماذج بقطع القماش بناءً على الأنماط النهائية، الإشراف أو التنسيق مع الخياطين، وضمان الملاءمة الصحيحة من خلال الملابس التجريبية والتعديلات. وتشمل المهام اليومية فحص جودة القماش، التخطيط لتصميمات تقليل الهدر، والحفاظ على مكتبات الأنماط والوثائق. كما تشمل الدور التعاون مع المصممين والعملاء، وضمان مراقبة الجودة في كل مرحلة، والالتزام بالجداول الإنتاجية المتفق عليها.</p><p><br>نفضل أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على قص وخياطة فساتين السهرة والملابس المسائية</p><p><strong>مواصفات المرشح المثالي</strong></p><p>المسمى الوظيفي- قاطع رئيسي/ صانع نماذج</p><p>الموقع- عجمان، الإمارات العربية المتحدة</p><p>الراتب - سيتم مناقشته شخصياً</p><p>الجنسية- هندي</p><p>الانضمام- فوري</p><p>التأشيرة + الإقامة- مقدمة من الشركة</p>

<ul><li><p>قيادة والإشراف على قسم المالية والحسابات.</p></li><li><p>إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية وتقارير MIS.</p></li><li><p>تطوير الميزانيات السنوية والتنبؤات ومراقبة فروق الميزانية.</p></li><li><p>إدارة التدفقات النقدية والعلاقات المصرفية وخطابات الاعتماد والتمويل التجاري.</p></li><li><p>الإشراف على الدائنين والذمم المدينة والقيود العامة والتسويات.</p></li><li><p>ضمان الامتثال لضريبة القيمة المضافة في الإمارات وضريبة الشركات والمتطلبات القانونية.</p></li><li><p>تنسيق التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية وتنفيذ التوصيات.</p></li><li><p>مراجعة الرواتب الشهرية بما يتوافق مع WPS.</p></li><li><p>مراقبة الحسابات المستلمة ودعم استرداد المدفوعات المتأخرة.</p></li><li><p>الحفاظ على السياسات المالية والضوابط الداخلية والسرية.</p></li><li><p>توفير التحليل المالي والتوصيات للإدارة العليا.</p></li><li><p>ضمان الامتثال لـ ISO 9001:2015 وHSE والمعايير الدولية المحاسبة والتدقيق.</p></li></ul><p><strong>المرشح المثالي</strong></p><ul><li><p>درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة؛ ويفضل بشدة درجة الماجستير.</p></li><li><p>شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA أو CFA لإثبات المعرفة المتقدمة والمصداقية.</p></li><li><p>خبرة مالية من 10 إلى 16 سنة على الأقل، ويفضل في التصنيع.</p></li><li><p>خبرة في النمذجة المالية والتحليل والتقارير، مع قدرة مثبتة على دفع اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي.</p></li></ul>
