<p>المهندس الأول للمصنع (ورشة العمل) مسؤول عن الإشراف على صيانة وإصلاح وتوفير جاهزية التشغيل لأسطول الشركة من معدات البناء والآلات الثقيلة والآليات. يضمن الدور أقصى توافر للمعدات وموثوقيتها والكفاءة في التكاليف بينما يدعم عمليات المشروع من خلال إدارة ورشة عمل فعالة وبرامج الصيانة الوقائية.</p><br><p><strong>المسؤوليات الأساسية</strong></p><ul><li><p>إدارة عمليات اليوم-لليوم في الورشة المركزية، مع ضمان الصيانة والإصلاح في الوقت المناسب للمعدات الإنشائية.</p></li><li><p>تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات الثقيلة والمصانع والمركبات.</p></li><li><p>مراقبة استخدام المعدات والتوافر ووقت التعطل والإنتاجية لدعم متطلبات المشروع.</p></li><li><p>تنسيق تعبئة ونقل المعدات بين المشاريع.</p></li><li><p>إشراف على موظفي الورشة والفنيين والميكانيكيين والمتعهدين من الباطن لضمان عمليات آمنة وفعالة.</p></li><li><p>إعداد جداول الصيانة والتقارير الفنية وتقييم حالة المعدات وتحليلات الأداء.</p></li><li><p>مراقبة تكاليف الصيانة ومخزون قطع الغيار وميزانيات الورشة مع تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف.</p></li><li><p>التأكد من الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بالشركة وتوصيات المصنع واللوائح القانونية المعمول بها.</p></li><li><p>تنسيق إنشاء وتفكيك وفحص وشهادة رافعات البرج والمرافع والمعدات الشادة الأخرى وفقًا لمعايير السلامة.</p></li><li><p>التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق الموقع لضمان توافر المعدات وموارد المصنع في الوقت المناسب.</p></li></ul><p><strong>الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح</strong></p><p><strong>المؤهلات</strong></p><ul><li><p>درجة البكالوريوس في <strong>الهندسة الميكانيكية</strong> (مفضل) أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.</p></li><li><p>شهادات مهنية مرتبطة بالمعدات الثقيلة أو إدارة الصيانة ستكون ميزة.</p></li></ul><p><strong>الخبرة</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>حد أدنى 10–15 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي</strong> في صيانة المصانع وعمليات الورشة والمعدات الإنشائية الثقيلة.</p></li><li><p>الخبرة السابقة في شركة مقاولة رائدة تعد شرطاً أساسياً.</p></li><li><p>خبرة قوية في إدارة المعدات الثقيلة، بما في ذلك:</p><ul><li><p>أرافعات برجية</p></li><li><p>رافعات الركاب</p></li><li><p>الحفارات</p></li><li><p>الرافعات</p></li><li><p>لودرات العجلات</p></li><li><p>المولدات</p></li><li><p>المضخات الهوائية</p></li><li><p>مصانع الخلط</p></li><li><p>المطاحن</p></li><li><p>المعدات البحرية (المفضل)</p></li></ul></li></ul>
