Job Purpose<br><br>Perform preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all Plant Instrument Process Monitoring, Control Protective equipment with applicable procedures and guidelines.<br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities<br><br>Instrument & Control Maintenance<br><br> Carry out routine and preventive maintenance work, repair and testing of equipment in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and standards to fulfil the requirements of the work request or work order. Carry out preventive maintenance activities maintenance and participate in the assigned plant shutdown activities and ensure timely completion of job activities. Verify completed maintenance activities to ensure that the job is performed as per requirement and complete the maintenance activity sheet Carry out inspection and exercise vigilance to identify any developing problem in the area assigned and report any problems. Trouble shoot, repair calibrate and test various types of process control instruments and relay logic, to keep the instrumentation systems as designed. Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns to ensure the availability of all equipment in reliable conditions during running and prevent unforeseen trips. Perform field and/or system modifications of control elements and/or control loops as per the plant change requests and assist to update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes thus enhancing the plant operation in line with the management of change of procedure. <br> Job Purpose <br><p>Provide technical expertise with experience based knowledge and assistance to technical and operational divisions / departments on all related matters to reliability engineering, assessment and monitoring </p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities <br><p>• Conducts Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Asset Performance Management (APM) and Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM) studies in an effort to convert the nature of maintenance from reactive repairs to proactive preventive maintenance and condition monitoring.<br>• Identifies and applies appropriate maintenance strategies to minimize the impact of failures on business performance. <br>• Leads and participates in BF/GF (Brown Field/Green Field) Engineering activities to improve Reliability of and optimize maintenance costs. <br>• Focuses on identification of equipment issues before they result in failures via use of predictive tools and Reliability methods. <br>• Maintains bad factor listing and reporting. Researches and provides technical advice for upgrading and refurbishment of mechanical equipment during major overhauls or new installations. <br>• Reviews packages for new projects and recommends on equipment selection and redundancy and participates in equipment review and proposed new solutions alerts on obsolescence of equipment.<br>• Recommends necessary modification/replacement of equipment to overcome technical problems. <br>• Assists operational sites to develop appropriate monitoring techniques to help reflecting the equipment’s real conditions.<br>• Leads specific scheme/works allocated to Reliability Engineering in different disciplines including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation. <br> </p><br><br><br>Internal Communications & Working Relationships <br><p>Contact with line Manager/ peers and other employees within the company/Group as required<br> </p><br><br><br>External Communications & Working Relationships <br><p>Contact with external parties including consultants, third party service providers, and government agencies as required <br> </p><br><br><br>Minimum Qualification <br><p>Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</p><br><br><br>Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills <br><p>6 years of experience,preferably in the oil & gas industry<br> </p><br><br><br>Professional Certifications <br><p>As applicable</p><br><br><br><br><br> </div>
