Experience with Quorum Energy Components (EC) or similar hydrocarbon management systems is highly valued but not mandatory.<br><br>You will play a key role in shaping solution design, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring alignment between client operations and Quorum’s platform capabilities.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Technical Leadership & Delivery<br><br>Lead delivery teams across large-scale energy system implementations Own end-to-end solution delivery including architecture, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment Provide technical leadership across enterprise system environments (SQL-based systems, APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS or similar) Manage multiple concurrent client engagements in complex operational environments Mentor consultants and build strong delivery capability within the team <br><br>Client Engagement & Solution Architecture<br><br>Act as a trusted advisor to clients in midstream and LNG operations Lead discovery workshops to understand operational workflows such as: LNG cargo scheduling and optimization Terminal operations and storage management Hydrocarbon logistics and nomination processes Translate operational requirements into scalable system architectures and solution designs Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions <br><br>Industry & Domain Expertise<br><br>Apply deep understanding of midstream energy value chains, including LNG, terminals, shipping interfaces, and custody transfer processes Ensure solutions reflect industry best practices and operational efficiency goals Stay current with regional and global trends in LNG and midstream digital transformation Support continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and solution templates <br><br>Pre-Sales & Advisory Support (as Required)<br><br>Support sales and pre-sales engagements with technical and domain expertise Contribute to RFP responses and solution shaping activities Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to client operational scenarios <br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related analytical discipline Strong domain expertise in midstream oil & gas or LNG operations is essential 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise systems in complex energy environments Experience in one or more of the following: LNG cargo scheduling / operations systems Terminal management systems Hydrocarbon logistics or nomination systems Oil trading or midstream operational platforms Proven experience leading delivery teams (8+ members) in client-facing environments Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture concepts Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and enterprise application environments Experience working in large-scale energy organizations, including national oil companies or global operators Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) <br><br>Preferred Skills<br><br>Experience with Quorum Energy Components (EC) or comparable hydrocarbon accounting / midstream platforms Experience in LNG-focused environments or global LNG trading/operations Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and modern Dev Ops practices Background in system implementation, consulting, or solution architecture roles in energy technology Exposure to trading, scheduling, or logistics optimization systems Experience working in the Middle East energy sector<br><br>Additional Details<br><br>Please Submit your CV/Resumé in English<br><br>About Quorum Software<br><br>Quorum Software connects people and information across the energy value chain.
