Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric ENT Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in children, with a strong background in otolaryngologic surgery and patient-centered care.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Diagnose and manage ENT disorders in pediatric patients, including congenital and acquired conditions. Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and pediatricians for comprehensive care. Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, CT scans, and MRIs. Provide consultations and second opinions for complex pediatric ENT cases. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings. Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students when applicable.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Medical degree with specialization in otolaryngology. Fellowship or board certification in pediatric ENT is preferred. Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience, with a focus on pediatric cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Must be Western-trained.
