Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and pediatricians for comprehensive care. Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, CT scans, and MRIs. Provide consultations and second opinions for complex pediatric ENT cases. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings. Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students when applicable.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Medical degree with specialization in otolaryngology. Fellowship or board certification in pediatric ENT is preferred. Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience, with a focus on pediatric cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
