Job Purpose<p>Emirates Flight Training is a modern, progressive department that utilises Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) methodology in all our courses and is one of the few full Evidence Based Training (EBT) operators worldwide. You will support the definition and application of appropriate tools and methodologies for data collection, ensuring information is properly archived and readily available to support business analysis, benchmarking, and future commercial planning.
