<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Supervise all <strong>electrical maintenance activities</strong> during the assigned shift.</p></li><li><p>Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.</p></li><li><p>Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control panels.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company standards.</p></li><li><p>Prepare shift reports and maintain maintenance records.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> as an <strong>Electrical Supervisor / Shift In-Charge</strong> in a steel manufacturing or steel rolling mill.</p></li><li><p><strong>ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering</strong> is acceptable.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, motors, transformers, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial automation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in leading maintenance teams during shift operations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Age Limit:</strong> Up to <strong>40 years</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nationality Preference</strong></p><p>Open to candidates from <strong>Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Jordan, Vietnam, Indonesia, or African countries.</strong> <em>(Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Egyptian nationals are not being considered for this position.)</em></p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Negotiable based on the candidate's experience and expectations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Visit Visa:</strong> Provided for shortlisted overseas candidates.</p></li><li><p><strong>Air Ticket:</strong> Provided for selected candidates traveling to the UAE.</p></li><li><p>Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
