Role Description<br> This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant and Admin role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and handling invoicing and payment follow-ups. The Junior Accountant and Admin will manage bookkeeping records, organize documents, and support basic financial reporting under the guidance of senior team members. Administrative responsibilities include managing office correspondence, maintaining files, coordinating appointments or meetings, and supporting general office operations. The role requires close collaboration with finance, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate records, timely processing, and smooth administrative workflows. Qualifications<br>Strong foundation in Accounting and Bookkeeping, with the ability to accurately record and maintain financial data. Experience or training in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and supporting basic financial reporting. Proficiency in Invoicing processes, including creating, issuing, and tracking invoices and payments. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial information, identify discrepancies, and support problem-solving. Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) for financial and administrative tasks. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Executive - Field Sales (2PL)<br>The Executive – Field Sales (2PL) will support business growth across the company’s 2PL solutions including Container Freight Station (CFS), Dry Port and Freight Management Solutions.
