Responsibilities include communicating with target groups and collecting the required data accurately and reliably. This is not a position within an existing team—you will single-handedly create a runtime protection layer for Node. js applications. The hosting market is rapidly adopting Node. js, and modern applications are increasingly generated by users with AI tools and little technical security expertise. Your mission is to make protection automatic, transparent to client code, and effective in real time. This is a role with the highest level of ownership (Senior / Staff / Architect level), where you will make key architectural decisions and take full responsibility for the outcome. Role Description The Real Estate Investment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for sourcing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and preparing investment proposals and reports. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed due diligence on properties, assessing risks and returns, reviewing legal and regulatory documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as brokers, legal advisors, and financial institutions. The specialist will monitor portfolio performance, track market trends, and recommend strategies for acquisitions, disposals, and asset optimization. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting investment committee presentations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of investment processes and tools. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and market analysis. Knowledge of investments and real estate investment principles, including risk assessment and return optimization. Experience in real estate, particularly in property valuation, market research, and transaction support. Proficiency in due diligence activities, including review of legal, financial, and technical documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, RICS) are an advantage. Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; familiarity with real estate investment software or tools is beneficial. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
