قيادة التدريس داخل الفصل وضمان نتائج تعلم فعالة لجميع الطلاب.<br />
مراقبة وتقييم تقدم الطلاب من خلال التقييمات المنتظمة والملاحظات والتقييمات.<br />
تحديد احتياجات التعلم الفردية وتقديم الدعم الأكاديمي المناسب.<br />
تطوير والحفاظ على خطط الدروس وموارد التدريس وسجلات الطلاب ووثائق التقييم.<br />
إيجاد والحفاظ على بيئة صفية إيجابية وشاملة وإدارتها بشكل جيد.<br />
دعم وتوجيه المعلمين ومساعدي التدريس وباقي موظفي الفصل في المواقف الصفية.<br />
التنسيق مع المنسق الأكاديمي ورئيس القسم وإدارة المدرسة بخصوص المسائل الأكاديمية.<br />
إرشاد المعلمين في تخطيط الدروس وإدارة الصف واستراتيجيات التدريس الفعالة.<br />
مراقبة تنفيذ المنهج والتأكد من الحفاظ على معايير التدريس.<br />
مراجعة أعمال الطلاب وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة للطلاب وللفريق التدريسي.<br />
