Job Purpose<br>The MEP Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. الجودة (الطلاء / العزل / العاكس)</strong></p><br><p><strong>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</strong></p><br><ul><li><p>فحص/اختبار الأعمال الكهربائية المؤقتة، واتصالاتها بمرافق المعسكر عند الحاجة.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب الدعائم قبل تركيب سكة الكابلات.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب سلة الكابلات/المجاري قبل الاعتماد لتمديد الكابلات.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص وصلات UG.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص مجرى الكابل من حيث الأبعاد وطبقة الرمل قبل تمديد الكابلات وقبل الإفراج عن كل طبقة من الكابلات.</p><br></li><li><p>مراقبة عملية تجميع/إنهاء الكابل لضمان اتباع توصيات الشركة المصنعة.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص ترتيب فصل الكابلات وما إلى ذلك قبل الردم/الإفراج.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تطعيم/إنهاء، وتصفيف الكابل.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار العزل/الاتصال الكهربائي للكابلات على الأسطوانة، بعد التمديد، قبل الردم في الخندق وبعد الانتهاء.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار Hi-pot للكابل.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد إنهاء ربط طرف الكابل بالربط النهائي.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب غطاء سكة الكابل.</p><br></li><li><p>المراقبة أثناء تركيب المعدات في المحطة لضمان اتباع توصيات الشركة المصنعة.</p><br></li><li><p>مراقبة أنشطة حفظ مقومات التشغيل للمفتاح الكهربائي، المحولات، عوازل الحافلة والمعدات الأخرى.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب المفاتيح لضمان المحاذاة والموقع إلخ.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد ربط قضبان الحافلة والاختبار الطبي.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار IR لقضية الحافلة.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار Hi-pot لقضية الحافلة حيثما ينطبق.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبارات مختلفة للمفاتيح بما في ذلك IR، Hi-pot، قاطع، تشغيلي، إلخ.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار عزل زيت المحولات.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد IR للمحول.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبارات كهربائية مختلفة وفقًا لـ ITP/وثائق المورد المعمول بها.</p><br></li><li><p>الفحص النهائي للمحولات، مفاتيح الكهرباء، MCCs وغيرها من المعدات.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب قناة التزويد/ Bus duct.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد ربط، اختبار IR لـ bus duct.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص البطاريات والشواحن والـ UPS. حيثما ينطبق، شاهد اختبار الشحن/التفريغ للبطاريات.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب كابل أرضي تحت الأرض، وصلات Cad Weld، إلخ قبل الردم.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب القطب الأرضي ونظام التأريض.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار مقاومة الأرض للأقطاب الفردية وشبكة التأريض.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار مقاومة حلقة الأرض/الاتصال.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص نظام حماية البرق لكل مبنى.</p><br></li><li><p>الفحص النهائي لنظام التأريض.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص موقع كل وحدات الإنارة ومخارج المقبس، صندوق التوصيلات وفق النوع/التطبيق.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب سكة كابلات الإنارة الممرّرة وتحريرها لتمديد الكابلات.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب لوحات التوزيع.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار IR للوحات التوزيع.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار IR/استمرارية دوائر الإنارة.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار وظيفي لكل دوائر الإنارة، حيثما ينطبق فقط.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار مستوى الإضاءة، حيثما ينطبق فقط.</p><br></li><li><p>مراقبة أنشطة حفظ المحركات طوال فترة المشروع.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب المحركات بما في ذلك التوصيل والتأريض.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبار IR و/أو اختبار مؤشر الاستقطاب، حيثما ينطبق.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب محطات التحكم المحلية.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد الاختبار الوظيفي من محطة التحكم المحلية إلى المحطة الفرعية، إذا كان ذلك مناسباً.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد تجربة تشغيل محرك واحد (ساعتان للمحركات LV و4 ساعات للمحركات MV/HV)، إذا كان ذلك مناسباً.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص لحام ثراميت على قمة أنبوب UG وشاهد اختبار الاستمرارية للكابلات.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب المصارع المغنيسيوم المؤقت، القطب المرجعي، شريط المصعد، التقاطات.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبارات التفتيش/الاختبار المتعددة المتعلقة بنظام CP قبل الردم وبعد الردم.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب محول/مُقَوِّم من CP.</p><br></li><li><p>فحص تركيب دوائر التتبع الحراري والمكونات المرتبطة.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد اختبارات تتبع الحرارة قبل العزل وبعد التغليف.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد التفتيش والاختبارات المتعلقة بمعدات مثل المولدات الديزل، معدات HVAC وغيرها.</p><br></li><li><p>شاهد التفتيش/الاختبار المتعلق بخطوط التوزيع/النقل الكهربائية العلوية.</p><br></li><li><p>قم بإجراء فحص تفصيلي أولي للمعدات الكهربائية المعتمدة بناءً على أحدث IEC 60079-17 الجداول 1،2،3 وIEC 60079-14، أو إجراء فحص بصري أو فحص قريب حسب الاقتضاء.</p><br></li><li><p>الترجمة الصحيحة لملصقات المعدات وIP Rating إلخ.</p><br></li><li><p>التحقق من الحفاظ على IP Rating.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>المؤهلات والمهارات الأساسية:</strong></p><br><ul><li><p>دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادله.</p><br></li><li><p>خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كمفتش QC كهربائي.</p><br></li><li><p>يجب أن لديه خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز/البتروكيميائية.</p><br></li><li><p>يجب أن يكون قد عمل سابقاً مع مقاولين رئيسيين EPC أو مقاولين فرعيين لهم.</p><br></li><li><p>بالنسبة لفحصات المناطق الخطرة الكهربائية: يجب أن يكون شخصاً متمرساً وتدريبه يتضمن تعليمات حول أنواع الحماية وممارسات التركيب، IEC 60079-17 وIEC 60079-14.
