Job Purpose The IT Manager is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining the company's complete technology environment, including business systems, internal platforms, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, servers, websites, customer-facing applications, telephony systems, backups and technology requirements for real estate projects and new branches. The role acts as the technical owner of the company's IT environment and works closely with Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Project teams to translate operational requirements into secure and effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities1. IT Strategy & Operations Manage the company's overall IT operations, systems, infrastructure and technology requirements. Develop and implement IT solutions based on business and departmental requirements. Ensure availability, reliability, performance and security of business-critical systems. Establish IT standards, procedures, access controls and technical documentation. Manage day-to-day IT troubleshooting and user support across departments. Evaluate technology requirements and recommend improvements, upgrades and automation opportunities.2. Business Systems & San Zen Portal Manage and administer the company's internal San Zen Portal. Manage user accounts, permissions, roles and access levels. Develop and implement workflows and system improvements based on departmental requirements. Support users and troubleshoot portal-related issues. Coordinate system enhancements, testing, implementation and ongoing optimization. Maintain technical and functional documentation for internally developed systems.3. Sales & Finance Systems Manage the company's DEV system supporting Sales and Finance operations. Maintain workflows relating to EOI, Booking Forms, SPA and customer transaction documentation. Configure and maintain document logic, workflow sequences and applicable business rules. Implement approved process changes requested by Sales, Finance or Management. Ensure system continuity, accuracy and appropriate access controls.4. Broker Management System Manage and enhance the company's broker management platform. Support broker registration, activity tracking and follow-up processes. Manage user access, workflows, updates and technical support. Develop system improvements to increase automation and reduce manual coordination.5. Company Website Manage the company's website from a technical perspective. Implement website changes, corrections, new pages, sections and functionality. Coordinate website content requirements with Marketing, Sales and Management. Monitor website performance, availability and technical functionality. Troubleshoot website issues and maintain appropriate security controls.6. Customer Mobile Application Manage the company's customer/owner mobile application and its integrations. Support application releases, updates and technical enhancements. Maintain integration with customer payment-plan functionality. Support integration between the mobile application and smart-home systems. Maintain service and maintenance request functionality. Ensure customer requests, payments and activity integrate correctly with relevant internal systems.7. PBX, Telephony & AI Calling Manage the company's PBX and central telephone infrastructure. Configure extensions, call routing, IVR and related telephony functionality. Manage integrations between telephone systems, AI calling platforms and lead-management systems. Configure and optimize AI call workflows, qualification logic, escalation rules and customer interaction flows. Monitor system performance and continuously improve call workflows based on operational requirements.8. Cybersecurity & Information Security Manage company cybersecurity, network security and system security. Implement and maintain access controls, permissions and secure connectivity. Protect company accounts, devices, networks and business systems. Monitor security risks and investigate suspected security incidents. Implement security controls, system hardening and appropriate preventive measures. Ensure employees receive appropriate system access based on their roles and responsibilities.9. Backup & Business Continuity Manage the company's backup and recovery environment. Establish and maintain backup schedules for business-critical systems and information. Monitor backups and verify successful completion. Maintain restoration and disaster-recovery readiness. Periodically test recovery procedures. Maintain documentation covering backup locations, retention and restoration procedures.10. Smart Home & Project IT Infrastructure Act as the technical point of contact for technology infrastructure incorporated into real estate development projects, including:Smart-home system design and integration. Home automation and owner control systems. Smart-home testing and commissioning. CCTV systems and connectivity. Sound systems. Fiber backbone planning and routing. Wi-Fi coverage and access-point planning. IDF rooms, racks and technical layouts. ICT, ELV and low-current infrastructure. Coordination with project teams, consultants and contractors. Testing, troubleshooting and final technical readiness.11. New Branch & Server Room Setup Lead complete IT setup for new company offices and branches. Design and establish server rooms, including racks, servers, switches, cabling and related infrastructure. Configure networks, structured cabling, internet connectivity and secure links between locations. Arrange and configure workstations, printers, telephones, user accounts and other IT equipment. Extend cybersecurity, access controls and backup coverage to new locations. Ensure IT infrastructure is fully operational before branch opening.12. IT Assets & User Management Manage company laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT assets. Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and assignment records. Create, modify and deactivate employee system accounts and access. Coordinate IT requirements for employee onboarding, transfers and offboarding. Ensure company assets and system access are properly returned or disabled during employee separation.13. Cross-Departmental Support Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service, HR and Project teams. Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Prioritize IT projects and support requirements according to business needs. Provide technical guidance to management regarding systems, infrastructure, security and technology investments. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant IT experience, including managerial or technical-lead responsibility. UAE real estate development or property-sector experience is highly preferred. Strong experience with IT infrastructure, networks, servers and cybersecurity. Experience managing or developing business applications, portals and system integrations. Knowledge of cloud services, backup solutions and business-continuity practices. Experience with PBX/VoIP and telecommunications systems. Knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Exposure to smart-home, CCTV, ELV, fiber and project IT infrastructure is highly desirable. Experience supporting multi-department and multi-location business operations. We're looking for an early-career engineer excited about APIs, enterprise systems and financial technology. <br>About the Role:Complyance is looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager – E-Invoicing Implementations to manage enterprise e-Invoicing implementation projects for customers across the UAE, owning delivery from initiation through planning, execution, UAT, go-live, hypercare, closure and transition to Customer Success and Support. Projects may span multiple legal entities, ERP systems, business units and implementation partners, combining API integrations, manual-upload processes and phased deployments. Work closely with the Head to optimize the operational efficiency for the Co-working space. Manage operational plans for the department in line with the approved budgets, and policies and maintain cost efficiency in all operations to maximize profitability through maximization and utilization of resources to obtain high level of productivity. Ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures and practices followed by departmental staff to fulfil the business objectives. The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.<br><br>PURPOSE<br><br>The Business Development Senior Manager is accountable for engaging with Sales across their assigned Territory or Market Segment to achieve retention revenue new business growth and client satisfaction goals within the designated territory and accounts for one or more SITA Business Lines. They bring ATI and technology subject matter expertise and business acumen of our customers business processes. With Sales Reps they engage in a consultative selling approach throughout the course of a deal building customers' and sales reps' awareness of offerings and helping reps improve their confidence and capabilities.* SITA Business Lines: Communications & Infrastructure; Baggage Management; Airport Operations; Passenger Operations; Border Management.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Business growth. Work with Sales Reps to achieve profitable sales growth in the assigned Business Lines. Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts via upsell and cross-sell including the identification of opportunities in new buying centers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified active opportunities and manage them to close. Ensure there is a strategic fit between the opportunity and SITA capabilities. * Executive relationships. Increase the number and frequency of interactions with key customer and industry personnel ? especially executive buyers business partners and industry associations. Build trusted relationships with executive buyers across market segments customer accounts and vertical business areas.* Highly targeted and measurable demand creation activities for a set of products within SITA Business Areas/Lines directly aligned with the attainment of specific objectives in a vertical segment or a geography. Work to raise prospect awareness and consideration through presentations webinars and other outreach events.* Drive prospecting efforts with Sales Reps. Engage with Sales Reps in high & early customer meetings to build pipeline in customer opportunity reviews and workshops and assist sales engineers with developing complex solutions to meet buyer needs.* Pipeline acceleration and deal strategy. With Sales Reps drive the increase in the number and value of qualified sales opportunities for the assigned Business Area/Lines. With a view across multiple prospect interactions suggest tactics pricing competitive positioning and ideas for sales reps to incorporate into their selling strategies. Maintain a pipeline of qualified active opportunities and manage them to close. Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) application. Accurately report on forecast/pipeline. Proposal development and response. Assist sales reps with active opportunities ensuring that the appropriate product or business solution is included in sales proposals. Respond to requests for information and requests for proposal. Serve as a source for current collateral reference guides value statements and presentations.* Competitive intelligence. Arm sales reps with knowledge messaging ideas and suggested tactics to help win in competitive situations. Demonstrate mastery of competitors' products tactics strategies and pricing. Leverage the organization's existing communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Chatter Jive) to share frequently asked questions competitive intelligence and frequently used/successful content.* Objection response. Capture and communicate common buyer objections and outline the ideal responses to frequently asked customer questions ? helping reduce unproductive sales engagements strengthen field marketing outbound messages and influence product development to create future offerings. Provide assistance on specific nuances of product features or customer experiences.* Customer success stories. In collaboration with product marketing product management and/or sales enablement develop and communicate customer case studies or other success stories by showing where and how the product or solution was implemented and the commercial value SITA brought to the customer.* Sales playbooks. In conjunction with marketing and sales enablement develop business solution product vertical and buying center playbooks that provide current relevant and customized content for sales reps. Adapting value propositions case studies or ROI examples to prospects' needs reduces the amount of time each sales rep must spend on creating messages and improves the relevance and quality of interactions during each phase of the sales cycle.
