Assists the PTM operator in changing anodes safely and to the required standard, by removing and replacing back pot shields, transferring anode reference mark, monitoring the pot voltage, activating/deactivating the anode set logic and anode dressing.•Assists and ensures that pot beam raising operation is performed as per procedure and in a safe manner.•Prepares the tapping hole prior to metal tapping.•Skims the crucible to remove dross.•Performs metal and bath sampling for quality and chemistry control purposes.•Assists the cell operator/ assistant cell operator in miscellaneous activities like housekeeping, bath tapping/pouring, material addition to pots, pot skimming and pot redressing.•Assists in gutter and basement cleaning.•Attends PTM (Pot Tending Machine) on-the-job training if required.•Cleans crucible and siphon tips•Attends anode effects efficiently aimed at lower PFC emissions•Performs all other operational work activities as deemed necessary by the Shift-Supervisor (for example: cleans pot breaker tips, deck plates and bumper plates).•Ensures pot shields and doors are properly placed and closed in order to reduce HF emissions.•Maintains 5S Standards and general housekeeping•Takes part in spotting and reporting hazards in order to reduce the incident frequency rate and aims for zero LTI.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum Qualifications:•Secondary School CertificateMinimum Experience:•One year of experience in heavy industry is preferable.Skills:•Physical fitness and be prepared to work on one of the shift schedules operating within the Potrooms.•Learning skills in order to understand the Aluminium Smelting Process.•English communication skills•Complete the training and acquire the skills to operate the following (depending upon the availability and departmental requirements): Pot Tending Machines, Anode Beam Raising Equipment and general Potroom tools, vehicles or equipment in use on the assigned Potline

About The Team   Agoda’s Customer Experience Group delivers critical support to customers and partners across markets, channels, and business lines. As our operations scale in complexity, Senior Regional Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring regional resiliency, standardization, and sustained performance across multiple sites and partners.     About The Role   The Senior Regional Manager is accountable for end-to-end performance of a regional customer/partner operations area, typically spanning multiple countries, sites, or vendor partners. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Paa S/CI/CD) to join our mission-critical Payments Platform team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering, scaling, and maintaining high-velocity deployment pipelines that power our core financial infrastructure. Given the nature of the ecosystem, you will frequently deploy high-velocity updates, including urgent, time-sensitive compliance and systemic changes mandated by the Central Bank. The ideal candidate brings a robust background in container orchestration, advanced pipeline automation, and enterprise Git Ops methodologies within tightly regulated environments. Core Technical Skill Set Mandatory Requirements : Containerization & Orchestration : Deep production-level expertise in Kubernetes and enterprise-grade Red Hat Open Shift. CI/CD Automation : Expert-level knowledge of Jenkins and Git Ops CD workflows utilizing Argo CD. Configuration Management : Advanced proficiency in writing and maintaining complex Helm Charts for application packaging. Pipeline Infrastructure as Code : Strong, hands-on exposure to creating modular Groovy Pipelines, including the development and maintenance of Jenkins Shared Libraries. Job Summary: A customer-facing and focused technical specialist is fully proficient to an advanced level in Power Generation systems at a customer site. They perform advanced diagnostics, complex problem solving, troubleshooting, complex repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on allcomponents of power generation systems. They adhere to established procedures and guidelines to Enhance service workshop knowledge and skills. Key Requirements:Min 5 years workshop and level field service work experience related to power generator maintenance and repair Min 2 years of Cummins Generator experience Strong Electrical knowledge, specially gensets, balance of plant, Power Generation, AVR, ATS etc Cummins Control Systems knowledge such as PCC , Insite and Inpower, C-command (DMC is a plus) Customer Field service experience , team player, positive attitude Commissioning, site testing, Loadbank experience Job Summary:Diagnoses and completes less complex repairs and maintenance activities to generators and components at the customer’s site or workshop. Performs emergency troubleshooting, repair and recovery activities on power generation equipment to restore customer operations in the shortest possible time. Maintains continuous 24 hours per day, 7 days per week standby readiness and availability to respond to emergency breakdown calls as directed by Cummins Service Operations. Working hours are flexible and may include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, public holidays and extended working hours depending on customer emergencies and operational requirements. Must be capable of mobilizing and travelling on short notice to customer locations throughout the assigned territory. This role will be hired indirectly through a third-party agency.
