The OAI personnel will advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion (BN) and Fire Unit (FU) personnel in required operational skills. Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization to include formulating system databases and communication plans. Provide expertise on system software application (e.g., initialization, operation, and training). Supports tasks that ensure the integrated Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept of Target (PATRIOT) System is fully operational to include all aspects of the Air Battle at the BN and FU levels. Role summary<br>We are seeking a Tax Specialist to support the group's direct and indirect tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities in the UAE and, where relevant, across the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia. The role handles day-to-day Corporate Tax and VAT matters, contribute to international tax matters such as Pillar 2 and transfer pricing, and the group's transition to the UAE e-invoicing mandate. It sits within the tax function and works closely with finance, treasury, procurement, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable owning deliverables end to end, working with external advisors.<br>Key responsibilities<br>Corporate Tax Prepare and support the filing of UAE Corporate Tax returns via Emara Tax, including supporting schedules, book-to-tax adjustments, and reconciliations to the financial statements. Maintain Corporate Tax registrations and ensure all entities meet registration, filing, and payment deadlines. Assess and document the tax treatment of group entities and transactions, and track and correctly apply reliefs and elections (e.g., Small Business Relief where eligible, tax grouping, and transfer of losses). This is a dynamic and demanding role and will involve considerable flexibility and the ability to prioritise and deliver tasks with a high level of accuracy and precision to support Senior Leadership and our wider campus community. Reporting to the Executive Office Manager, the Executive Assistant will provide tailored administrative and operational support which will include providing an exceptional customer service, front desk operations, event coordination, procuring goods, and providing executive assistance. تحليلية واتصالاتيه وإبداعية متميزة.</p><br><p>كـ Associate، ستقوم بتنفيذ تسليم مشاريع معقدة عبر كامل طيف أنشطة الاستشارات تحت إشراف محدود مع إدارة فريق وقيادة واحد أو أكثر من فرق المشاريع، وتقديم خدمات استشارية عبر مجموعة من المجالات.</p><br><p>تشمل مجالات الممارسة الأخرى ضمن أعمال Advisory خدمات Asset، Project Monitoring، P3 Technical، Program، Strategy+، Procurement وConstruction Business
