<p>Our Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced HSE Manager to join their team in Dubai to work on new high rise tower and major villa masterplan projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a HSE Manager working on high profile projects in the UAE with preference given to those with prior experience in working for recognised Main Contracting Companies This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties. <p>JOB PURPOSE: Reporting into the Country Manager, the Service Manager will lead a team of Service Engineers to ensure operational, technical and financial performance targets are met for their assigned depot. This will include service improvement and any associated financial budgetary oversight while constantly seeking improvements to drive operational excellence. In this highly autonomous role, he will also develop and implement plans to ensure that projects and repairs are delivered on time and within the specified budget. The Service Manager will also play an active part in strengthening our existing customer relationships by providing expert advice and servicing their customers to an extremely high standard.
