<p>Under the general guidance of the Head of Operations and within the limits of Global Food Ventures policies, procedures, and manuals, the Kitchen Comm’s Shift Leader is responsible for building and maintaining high quality of communication standards and executing the company strategy in his area of responsibility. </p><p><br></p><p>1- Processing of Direct and Market Place Orders </p><ul><li>Process orders received directly from customers through calls, own or third party platforms. </li><li>Verify customer address details and book drivers to pick up direct and market place orders. </li><li>Communicate with third party logistic companies to prevent any potential delay and provide solutions in case of any delay. </li><li>Communicate with customers in case of any special requests, 86 items (non available items), potential delay, item replacement, and any requests that might be unfulfilled. Complaint handling for low-mid level complaints and escalate high-critical to line manager.</li></ul><p> 2- Kitchen Communications </p><ul><li>Communicate with Kitchens any prospected delay in order due to preparation time and high preparation time or delay due to parsed orders (challenge in receiving orders at kitchen level due to turned off or other technical issues) or auto-rejected orders. </li><li>Communicate with the kitchen any discrepancies in relation to brand visibility VS agreed operating hours after verifying brand visibility and store status from Deliverect, and online portals (Real-Time Stats). </li><li>Communicate with the kitchen instantly negative complaints, reviews, or customer feedback in relation to order delay or quality (taste, portion, temperature, allergens, presentation, spilled food, food safety). </li><li>Communicate with the kitchen any issues in relation to following Global Food Ventures Sop’s but not limited to recipes, presentation, packaging. <br> Job Purpose <br><p>Perform preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance and testing of all electrical equipment’s in the plant to maintain the availability and reliability of the process facilities.</p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1) <br><p><strong>Maintenance</strong><br>• Isolate and energize Low Voltage LV and High Voltage HV motors, UPS, transformers, generators and Other electrical circuits as per Company’s enabling certificate authorization, which includes carrying out the skilled electrical fault finding, diagnosis and troubleshooting of high and low voltage equipment. <br>• Accept and complete the Electrical isolation confirmation certificate to ensure completion of activities.<br>• Identify and obtain spare parts and the necessary tools to meet maintenance requirements. <br>• Carry out the routine, predictive and preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipment which includes visual inspection, to ensure that the equipment are in the most efficient operating condition. <br>• Carry out new installations, modification and testing of equipment through various stages as per plan and in line with supervisor’s instructions and checks adherence to all parameters <br>• Identify areas for improvement in the activities performed and assist the senior section personnel to carry out modifications and improvements to the system.<br>• Verify completed maintenance activities and complete the maintenance activity sheet / survey to ensure that the job is performed as per requirement.<br>• Complete necessary records in the system to provide work order failure history reporting. <br> Job Purpose <br><p>Operate, monitor and control the assigned units of the plant, to process, store and export the products on specification, while maintaining Company and HSE requirements and maximizing plant yield. Operate control panels to ensure safe and proper function and that products meet the required specifications and quantities.</p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1) <br><p><strong>Operational</strong><br>• Carry out assigned Operational work safely to assigned standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).<br>• Log operating incidents and discuss incidents with the Supervisor to ensure efficient running of the operating units.<br>• Supervise / carry out routine checks on equipment for abnormalities in order to arrange for servicing and repair.<br>• Prepare / review the plant / equipment for maintenance to ensure accurate and proper functioning and in synchronization with other equipment and plant. <br>• Operate related machinery & equipment safely and efficiently as per Company’s standards and instructions<br>• Carry out duties as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer as and when required during emergencies, as per the Facility Response Plan<br>• Authorize work permits, follow up on-going jobs and monitor Contractors activities ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures<br>• Ensure that all capabilities of the Integrated Control System are fully utilized to improve plant efficiency, product quality and safety.<br>• Supervise and perform the alterations of speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates as necessary for Adequate control of operations during start-ups, shutdowns and emergencies.<br>• Monitor control panel, diagnoses abnormal situations, initiates operational adjustments and maintains a continuous check on the operating plants.
