Role Overview/Purpose<br><br>The Lead – Business Operations, Global Oncology will play a critical role in driving launch excellence and early access strategies across small to mid-sized markets where Glenmark Oncology does not have dedicated in-country oncology leadership.<br><br>This role will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of Global Commercial Oncology, ensuring organizational readiness, optimal resource allocation, and execution of commercial infrastructure (including CRM and analytics). The incumbent will also serve as support to the Global Head in governance, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.<br><br>Overall Job Responsibilities<br><br> Launch Excellence & Early Access Strategy Lead the development and execution of launch strategies for oncology assets in small-to-mid-sized markets. Design scalable, repeatable “go-to-market” models tailored for distributor-led or hybrid markets. Drive early access strategies including: Named Patient Programs (NPPs) Compassionate use programs Managed access agreements Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply teams to ensure timely market entry. Develop launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms. Market Development (Non-Core / White Space Markets) Identify, prioritize, and assess new market opportunities where Glenmark lacks oncology presence. Build market entry playbooks (partner vs. direct vs. hybrid models). Support distributor selection, onboarding, and performance management. Ensure alignment of local execution with global brand strategy. Commercial Operations & Infrastructure Lead implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud). Establish standardized commercial processes, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking. Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights generation. Oversee commercial excellence initiatives including: Sales force effectiveness (where applicable) Omnichannel engagement frameworks Digital enablement tools Organizational Readiness & Capability Building Partner with the Head of Global Commercial Oncology to ensure readiness for upcoming launches. المهام الأساسية:
1. التصميم الهندسي والتنسيق
- مراجعة وتنسيق الرسومات الهيكلية والحسابات والمواصفات الفنية لمشاريع المباني الشاهقة
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الهيكلية وفق الرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير التصميم ومتطلبات المشروع
- التنسيق مع المعماريين ومهندسي التكييف والكهرباء والسباكة والاستشاريين والمقاولين لحل القضايا الهيكلية والفنية
2. الإشراف الموقعي والدعم الفني
- متابعة تقدم الأعمال وتقديم الدعم الفني خلال جميع مراحل المشروع
- إجراء تفتيشات الموقع وضمان جودة الهيكل والسلامة ومعايير الامتثال
- دعم فرق الموقع بالحلول الهندسية وحل التحديات الهيكلية أثناء التنفيذ
3. الوثائق والامتثال
- مراجعة رسومات الورش والتقديمات المادية وبيانات الطريقة وRFIs المتعلقة بالأعمال الهيكلية
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات بلدية دبي واللوائح الإماراتية والمعايير الهندسية الدولية
- المساعدة في تقييمات مخاطر الهيكلية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة
4. هندسة القيمة والتحسين
- دعم مبادرات هندسة القيمة وتقديم حلول هيكلية عملية لتحسين كفاءة المشروع وتكلفته
- تقديم توصيات لأساليب البناء والتحسينات الفنية حيثما كان ذلك applicable
5. التنسيق والتقارير
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع مع أصحاب المصلحة والاستشاريين
- تقديم تقارير فنية منتظمة وتحديثات المشروع للإدارة

- خبرة قوية في الخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الحديدية وتطوير الأبراج (G+12 فأعلى)
- يفضل وجود خبرة مشروع في الإمارات

- الإلمام بلوائح بلدية دبي، وكودات البناء الإماراتية والمعايير الدولية

Job Description<br><br>Job Overview: <br><br>Sr. Hook-up Engineer will typically be leading the respective discipline and supporting to Hook-up lead & Hook-up Manager in delivering construction & completion campaign during hook-up phase to execute overall project in successful and timely manner. The Sr. Hook Up Engineer solves complex problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<br><br>Prepare & review Hook Up job cards as appropriate including pre-requisites and focusing sequential installations and relevant completion activities Develop the WBS for discipline scope Review construction work packs for respective discipline and ensure compliance to project requirement Prepare the hook-up schedule for discipline specific activities with efficient sequencing and synchronizing with other disciplines Participate in Pre-engineering survey, pre-construction survey & post installation survey Develop the constructability log & monitor the closing of actions on weekly basis Review design MTO’s for discipline Verify the MTO for offshore contingencies Review the material requisitions in compliance with project specifications prior to order Coordinate deliveries of same on site (yard/port/offshore/any other onshore locations) Review hook-up progress register and confirm understanding on progressing methodology Ensure progress register is in line with hook-up job cards for respective discipline Liaise with warehouse team to ensure project material receiving status & inspection clearance from Quality Liaise with fabrication team and take handover of fabricated project material and other ship lose material Liaise with Hook-up material team and verify the material bag/tag as per project requirement & as per hook-up Job cards Develop and implement detailed hook-up plans, , and strategies for onshore and offshore projects Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring their adherence to project timelines and quality standards Collaborate with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure safety during hook-up operations Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry codes, and standards, including the integration of environmental and sustainability aspects Ensure daily progress monitoring & reporting to planner Liaise with commissioning team and understand systems priorities, ensure construction is planned accordingly Ensure the support with commissioning team to expedite the vendor related activities Ensure scope familiarization with Hook-up superintendent & offshore construction crew prior to offshore mobilization Travel to offshore sites and to onshore yard facilities (dynamic environment) for co-ordination & resolution of disciplinary interfaces Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT), Ensure Permit-To-Work (PTW) requirements are fulfilled before commencing each site activities and being compliant with the Company’s QHSES policies <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Essential Qualifications and Education:<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical discipline) or equivalent industry experience10+ years’ experience in related offshore engineering fields Strong knowledge of industry best practices, standards (API, ISO), and regulations related to hook-up activities Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking hook-up and commissioning activities Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively liaise with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients Demonstrated ability to resolve technical challenges, implement innovative solutions, and ensure continuous improvement Proactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budget constraints Competent in analyzing technical documents, drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions Strong decision-making abilities under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently Professional certifications (such as PMI or equivalent) or training in project management would be an advantage<br><br>About Us<br><br>Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Lead sensitive and complex employee cases, ensuring appropriate documentation, consistency of approach, and effective risk management. Ensure People policies, procedures, and practices remain relevant, practical, and aligned with the changing needs of the organization. Promote a workplace environment built on trust, accountability, respect, and open communication.<br>Communication & Change Management Partner with leaders to support effective communication during periods of organizational growth, transformation, and change. Develop clear and engaging people communications relating to organizational initiatives, policy changes, employee programmes, and workplace developments. Support the planning and delivery of town halls, employee forums, leadership communications, and other internal engagement platforms.
