The candidate will be responsible for implementing project quality requirements, ensuring compliance with ADNOC specifications, approved procedures, project drawings, and international standards throughout civil construction activities.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QA/QC inspection for major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Plant Construction Projects and preferably hold <strong>ADNOC approval/experience with ADNOC projects</strong>.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and approved Quality Plans.</p></li><li><p>Conduct inspections and monitor civil construction activities including earthworks, excavation, soil improvement, backfilling, compaction, foundations, reinforced concrete works, structural works, buildings, and infrastructure works.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all civil activities are executed in compliance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and ADNOC standards.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve civil material submittals, technical data sheets, material certificates, and laboratory test reports.</p></li><li><p>Perform site inspections and coordinate with ADNOC representatives, PMC, client inspectors, subcontractors, and construction teams for inspection approvals.</p></li><li><p>Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection requests (RFI/WIR), MIRs, test reports, quality records, and handover dossiers.</p></li><li><p>Monitor concrete activities including batching, pouring, curing, cube testing, and ensure compliance with approved concrete specifications.</p></li><li><p>Review and verify soil investigation reports, compaction test results, concrete test results, and other civil quality records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure calibration and validity of inspection and testing equipment used on site.</p></li><li><p>Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.</p></li><li><p>Participate in quality audits, client inspections, and project quality meetings.</p></li><li><p>Support preparation of project completion dossiers, as-built documentation, and final handover requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE and Quality requirements during all construction activities.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>ADNOC Project Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>10 years of Civil QA/QC experience</strong> in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Gas Processing, or Industrial EPC projects.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience working on <strong>ADNOC / ADNOC Group projects</strong> is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Experience with ADNOC EPC contractors, PMC, or client inspection requirements is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ADNOC specifications, quality procedures, and project documentation requirements.</p></li><li><p>ADNOC approval/certification as Civil QA/QC Engineer will be an added advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Technical Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of civil construction standards including ACI, ASTM, BS, and project-specific specifications.</p></li><li><p>Experience in reviewing construction drawings, method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of QA/QC inspection processes for concrete, structural, and civil works.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in preparing quality reports, inspection records, NCRs, and quality dossiers.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of EPC project execution and construction quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and coordination skills with client and project stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>ADNOC Approved Civil QA/QC Engineer (preferred).</p></li><li><p>ISO 9001 Quality Management System knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Relevant QA/QC inspection certifications will be an advantage. </p></li></ul><p></p></section>
