The photographer will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality images for ecommerce, social media, advertising campaigns, and other brand materials.</p><p>Our collections include Jalabiyas, Mukhawar, Soube, Maghribi dresses, Kaftans, Abayas, fabrics, and customised ethnic wear.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Photograph models wearing WOW Fashions collections.</li><li>Capture ecommerce product images, campaign photographs, lifestyle content, and close-up detail shots.</li><li>Photograph garments, fabrics, embroidery, embellishments, and accessories accurately.</li><li>Maintain consistent lighting, framing, colours, and image quality across all shoots.</li><li>Direct models and suggest suitable poses for each outfit.</li><li>Set up and manage cameras, lenses, lighting, backgrounds, and other photography equipment.</li><li>Work according to approved mood boards, shot lists, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Select and edit final images while maintaining natural skin tones and accurate garment colours.</li><li>Deliver edited photographs within agreed timelines.</li><li>Organise and safely store all image files after each shoot.</li><li>Collaborate with the social media, ecommerce, and creative teams.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Proven experience in fashion, ecommerce, product, or model photography.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography work.</li><li>Good knowledge of studio lighting, camera settings, composition, and colour accuracy.</li><li>Ability to photograph embroidery, fabrics, and fine garment details clearly.</li><li>Experience directing models during fashion shoots.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow creative direction.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, organised, and able to meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience photographing Arab ethnic wear or modest fashion is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience creating content for Instagram, websites, advertisements, and ecommerce platforms.</li><li>Basic knowledge of short-form video or reel production is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with both studio and outdoor fashion photography.</li><li>Understanding of premium and luxury fashion presentation.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>

You combine warm, culturally fluent customer care with genuine product and garment expertise — advising women on our modest fashion pieces the way a knowledgeable friend would, resolving issues before they escalate, and protecting the premium experience our brand promises. This is a remote role with occasional in-office presence.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Customer Care &amp; Resolution</b></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, email, and social channels in fluent Arabic and English.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle order questions, sizing guidance, delivery tracking, returns, and exchanges end-to-end.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Resolve complaints with composure and escalate only what genuinely requires it.</p><p><b>Product &amp; Style Advisory</b></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Advise customers on garment selection, fit, fabric, styling, and occasion suitability.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Speak with authority about our sub-brands, collections, and the cultural context of the pieces we sell.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Guide customers toward confident purchase decisions, reducing hesitation and returns.</p><p><b>Experience &amp; Brand Protection</b></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain the tone and standard appropriate to each sub-brand (premium vs. accessible).</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow brand rules precisely — including which offers, discounts, or messaging apply to which line.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Capture recurring customer questions and pain points and report them to the team.</p><p><b>Operational Support</b></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Log interactions accurately in our CRM (Zoho).</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate with logistics and the internal team on order and delivery issues.</p><p>Support post-purchase follow-up and light retention outreach when needed.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Work Arrangement &amp; Compensation</b></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;<b>Type: </b>Remote / work-from-home, with occasional required visits to the Dubai Office / Sharjah Facility.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;<b>Hours: </b>Part-time / Full-time.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;<b>Compensation: </b>AED 1,500 – 3,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated garment/cultural expertise.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;<b>Visa: </b>Not sponsored — candidate must independently hold valid UAE residency.</p><p><b>Reports to: </b>Operations Lead.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Required Qualifications (Must-Have)</b></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;<b>Native or fluent Arabic </b>(Khaleeji dialect strongly preferred) and professional English.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;<b>Deep familiarity with GCC modest women's fashion </b>— abayas, occasion wear, and traditional/contemporary garments — as a wearer and/or through direct experience.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong written and verbal communication; warm, patient, and professional manner.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfortable working independently from home with reliable internet and a quiet environment.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;Available during GCC business hours and able to visit the Dubai Office / Sharjah Facility when requested.</p><p><b>Must already hold valid UAE residency </b>(spouse/parent visa, own residency, or freelance permit).
