Family Assistant & Executive Assistant<br>The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys making other people’s lives easier.<br>This person will provide executive support while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of a household. Job Description<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>To ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of RTA’s digital licensing systems by leading evaluation, testing, and post-launch monitoring activities. The role drives continuous improvement in system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous quality assurance frameworks aligned with RTA’s digital governance and innovation strategy.<br><br>Roles And Responsibilities<br><br>Strategy<br><br> Lead and oversee govern the development, implementation, and continual refinement of quality assurance frameworks, regulatory controls, and testing standards for licensing systems, in line with RTA digital governance principles and future-oriented architectural standards. Oversee the definition and continuous maintenance of service-quality benchmarks for system performance, data integrity, security, and user experience across all digital Licensing channels. Support the strategic governance and planning of quality control priorities, encompassing AI-enabled validation, integrated system assurance, and lifecycle management of digital solutions<br><br>Operations<br><br> Manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with stakeholders to ensure all system functionalities, workflows, and interfaces are validated and approved in accordance with established acceptance criteria. We are looking a highly skilled and safety -conscious Electrical technician to join our maintenance team, the primary role is to ensure the Electrical integrity, reliability and efficiency of all plant equipment, this includes high speed packing machinery , refrigeration systems ( ammonia experience a plus), conveyor, PLC- Controlled Processing, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong Electrical background in a further Processing plant or FMCG.<br><br>Description<br><br>Electrical maintenance & Repair:<br><br> Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on all plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues on AC/DC drivers, motor starters, relays, sensors, and control circuits. Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints, and PLC ladder logic. Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components and systems. <br><br>PLC & Controls Expertise<br><br> Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor programming changes on PLCs, HMIs, and VFD. Understand and work with networked devices and industrial communication devices and communication protocols. <br><br>Safety & Compliance<br><br> Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including lockout/ tagout (LOTO) procedures, ARC flash safety, and NFPA 70E standards.
