Our client is a growing Organic Food, FMCG, and Retail Distribution company based in Dubai, seeking a General Manager – Food & FMCG to lead and grow its Dubai operations. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for business strategy, sales, retail & distribution, operations, supply chain, marketing, team leadership, and P&L, with a strong focus on expanding the brand across Dubai.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Dubai market entry and growth strategies. Drive sales through retail, wholesale, B2B, hospitality, and e-commerce channels. Manage import, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Lead marketing, brand positioning, and promotional activities. Recruit and manage teams across sales, operations, and marketing. Manage budgets, forecasts, P&L, and overall business performance.<br>Key Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.8–12 years of experience in FMCG, food, organic products, or related industries. Strong Dubai retail, distribution, and business development experience. Proven experience in launching or scaling brands in the Dubai/GCC. Knowledge of Dubai food regulations, import/export, and Dubai Municipality requirements. Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team and take full ownership of all employee, government relations and compliance operations across our entities. This is a hands-on role — not marketing, not client-facing — built for someone who thrives in the world of ministries, typing centres, and free zone portals.<br>What You'll Be Doing:<br>You'll manage the complete visa and labour cycle — from new employee onboarding to renewals and cancellations — across both Mainland and Free Zone entities. Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in the holiday homes sector, with a strong focus on revenue management, operations, and customer service. Excellent understanding of sales strategies and revenue management in the holiday homes or hospitality sector. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and CRM software.
