Location: Dubai, UAE (hybrid) · Type: Full-time · Compensation: AED 7,000–10,000 per month + performance incentives

Company Description Andoh Capital Management is an investment firm that deploys multi-strategy capital across public markets, real assets, and private infrastructure in the world’s fastest-growing economies. The firm focuses on long-term, sustainable value creation by identifying high-potential opportunities in dynamic global markets. Its diversified approach aims to balance risk and return, leveraging deep research and local market insight. Team members collaborate across strategies and regions, offering exposure to complex, high-impact projects. Joining Andoh Capital Management means contributing to growth-focused initiatives with international reach and meaningful economic impact.
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai combining three connected mandates: elite golf coaching, marketing and sponsorships, and golf business development in Ghana.
1. Performance Coaching. You will design and deliver a structured, high-performance golf training program for the firm’s principal — a former professional athlete (NCAA award-winning, 6’7”) committed to serious, long-term golf development. This includes technical instruction (swing mechanics, short game, putting), course management and strategy, practice planning, fitness and mobility integration, performance tracking, and tournament preparation. You will run regular on-course and range sessions and own the progression roadmap from current level toward competitive amateur standard.
2. Marketing & Sponsorships. You will build the principal’s public profile at the intersection of golf, athletics, and investment — developing content strategy, coordinating social media and media appearances, and securing invitations to pro-ams, corporate tournaments, and marquee golf events in the UAE. A core part of this mandate is identifying, pitching, and negotiating sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities — with golf brands, equipment manufacturers, apparel companies, clubs, and corporate sponsors — and managing those relationships end to end.
3. Golf in Ghana. You will lead the development of the firm’s golf ventures in Ghana — spanning course development, junior development and academy programs, tournaments, and golf tourism tied to the firm’s broader infrastructure investments in West Africa. Day-to-day work includes market research, identifying and qualifying local and international partners, preparing proposals and business cases, negotiating commercial agreements, and collaborating with internal teams on deal structuring and project execution. You will track performance metrics, report regularly, and refine strategy as the Ghana platform develops.
Qualifications • Certified golf coaching credentials (PGA, TPI, or equivalent) with a strong playing background; experience coaching adult athletes or high-performers strongly preferred. • Proven ability to design structured training programs and demonstrate measurable player improvement. • Experience securing and managing sponsorships, brand partnerships, or athlete marketing deals — or transferable commercial experience in golf, sports, or hospitality. • Content creation, social media, athlete branding, or sports marketing experience is a significant advantage. • Strong knowledge of the UAE golf ecosystem (clubs, tournaments, sponsors); familiarity with golf development in Africa or emerging markets is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the firm at industry events. • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable balancing hands-on coaching with commercial work in a hybrid environment. • Proficiency with standard business software (CRM, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with data and reports. • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage; coaching credentials weigh more heavily than academic credentials. • Willingness to travel within the region and to Ghana for site visits, events, and project work as required.
Compensation AED 7,000–10,000 per month, commensurate with coaching credentials and experience, plus performance-based incentives tied to sponsorship and business development outcomes.
