Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Testing Engineer to join our team. Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, ADAS, or EV systems is highly desirable. Understanding of regulatory and safety standards relevant to automotive testing. About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to take hands-on ownership of mechanical design and development for vehicle components, subsystems, and platform solutions across the full product lifecycle. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> نظرة عامة على الدورنحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات يركز على النتائج لقيادة وظيفة المبيعات لمحفظة صالات عرض محددة عبر الإمارات العربية المتحدة. في هذا الدور، ستدفع أداء المبيعات، تقود وتطور فرق المبيعات المعتمدة على الفروع، وتضمن التطبيق المتسق لمعايير الشركة وعملياتها ومثاليتها في خدمة العملاء. ستلعب دوراً رئيسياً في تحقيق أهداف الأعمال مع بناء ثقافة أداء عالي تتوافق مع مهمة ورؤية وقيم الشركة. ما ستقوم به•  قيادة، وتوجيه، ودعم فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.•  مراقبة الأداء اليومي للمبيعات، مراجعة نتائج الفريق واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية لتحسين الأداء عند الحاجة.•  تنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات وخطط الأعمال لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية.•  ضمان اتباع عمليات المبيعات بشكل متسق، وحل استفسارات العملاء بفعالية.•  الحفاظ على معايير عالية في تفاعل العملاء ودعم التحسين المستمر في رضا العملاء.•  تطوير قدرات الفريق من خلال مشاركة المعرفة بالمنتجات بانتظام، والتدريب، والتغذية الراجعة، ومراجعات الأداء.•  الإشراف على التوثيق والامتثال والعمليات الحكومية المرتبطة بوظيفة المبيعات. </div><h2 class="h5">المهارات</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills">المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح•  مهارات قيادة وإدارة أشخاص قوية مع القدرة على تحفيز وتطوير فرق مبيعات ذات أداء عالٍ.•  خبرة لا تقل عن 7-8 سنوات في المبيعات، بما فيها خبرة إشرافية أو إدارة فريق.•  يفضل الخبرة في بيئات مبيعات السيارات أو التجزئة.•  خدمة عملاء متميزة، مهارات تواصل وبناء علاقات. عن الفريقستكون جزءاً من وظيفة مبيعات ديناميكية تلعب دوراً حاسماً في تحقيق نمو الأعمال عبر صالات عرضنا. الفريق يشمل مندوبي المبيعات، موظفي إدخال المبيعات، وضباط علاقات الضيوف، يعملون معاً لتوفير تجربة عميل ممتازة وتحقيق نتائج تجارية قوية. هذه بيئة تعاونية حيث تُقدَّر العمل الجماعي والمسؤولية وتركيز العميل بشدة. ما يؤهلك للدور•  درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل مكافئ.•  معرفة قوية بمبادئ خدمة العملاء، عمليات المبيعات، إدارة الأداء، وتطوير الفريق.•  وعي تجاري مع القدرة على دفع الأهداف والربحية ورضا العملاء.•  مهارات تواصل واتخاذ قرار وتنظيم وحل مشكلات قوية.•  إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة.•  القدرة على رصد الأداء، إدارة الأولويات، واتخاذ إجراء تصحيحي في الوقت المناسب.•  فهم جيد لعمليات المبيعات، دقة بيانات العملاء، والالتزام بعمليات المبيعات.•  الثقة في استخدام أدوات الأعمال مثل جداول البيانات، العروض التقديمية، وأنظمة التقارير.•  سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتحريك الأداء التجاري.</div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Overview of the roleWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned showroom portfolio across the UAE. In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards, processes, and customer service excellence. You will play a key role in achieving business targets while building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values. What you will do•  Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.•  Monitor daily sales performance, review team results, and take corrective action to improve performance where required.•  Implement sales strategies and business plans to deliver operational and commercial objectives.•  Ensure sales processes are followed consistently, and customer concerns are resolved effectively.•  Maintain high standards of customer engagement and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.•  Develop team capability through regular product knowledge sharing, training, feedback, and performance reviews.•  Oversee documentation, compliance, and government-related processes connected to the sales function. </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills">Required skills to be successful•  Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.•  Minimum 7- 8 years’ experience in sales, including supervisory or team management experience.•  Experience in automotive or retail sales environments is preferred.•  Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. About the teamYou will be part of a dynamic sales function that plays a critical role in delivering business growth across our showrooms. The team includes Sales Executives, Sales Administrators, and Guest Relations Officers, working together to provide excellent customer experience and achieve strong commercial results. This is a collaborative environment where teamwork, accountability, and customer focus are highly valued. What equips you for the role•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.•  Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales operations, performance management, and team development.•  Commercial awareness with the ability to drive targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.•  Strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•  English language proficiency is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.•  Ability to monitor performance, manage priorities, and take timely corrective action.•  Good understanding of sales operations, customer data accuracy, and sales process compliance.•  Confidence in using business tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting systems.•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial performance.</div>
