Job Description<br><br>This position is based in ICAD, Abu Dhabi Office.<br><br>STRATEGIC<br><br>Support the development and execution of maintenance strategies that enhance asset reliability, operational efficiency, and lifecycle performance of electrical systems across managed facilities and projects. Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests to ensure minimum downtime and compliance with contractual KPI/SLA requirements. Assess equipment failures and take appropriate technical decisions to restore operations safely and efficiently. Determine manpower, tools, spare parts, and material requirements necessary for maintenance activities. Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure all assigned work orders are completed within agreed timelines. Verify completion of maintenance activities and obtain customer signoffs and service completion certifications. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment while minimizing wastage and operational costs.
