Building Supervisor / Building Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Location: Dubai, UAE About the Role We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Building Supervisor / Building Coordinator to oversee daily building operations, tenant coordination, maintenance activities, contractors, cleaning, security, and overall building standards. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to handle operational issues, tenant concerns, and emergencies professionally and efficiently. Building Supervisor – Scope of Work Building Operations· Conduct daily inspections of the building, common areas, parking, entrances, corridors, roof, gym, pool, and other facilities.· Ensure the building remains clean, safe, presentable, and fully operational.· Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.· Follow up with maintenance teams until issues are fully resolved.· Inspect completed maintenance works and verify the quality of work.· Monitor lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, drainage, elevators, access control, and other building services.· Report leaks, water damage, humidity, cracks, damaged finishes, and safety concerns.
