Participate in negotiating complex and strategic contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with agreed terms and conditions to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing associated risks. Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent supply shortages. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) specifying the required goods and services in accordance with agreements signed with suppliers, and request materials, products, equipment, and other items according to the required specifications. Receive goods and services and ensure compliance with the required technical specifications and service quality standards, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Evaluate claims and disputes and coordinate with suppliers to ensure their appropriate and timely resolution. Participate in evaluating supplier performance against contractual agreements and report any contractual violations or issues requiring resolution to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. Maintain, organize, and archive procurement and contract records for documentation, record-keeping, and tracking purposes.
