Collaborate closely with neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, intensivists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams. Supervise patients in intensive care settings following major neurosurgical procedures. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, surgical risks, recovery expectations, and preventive care. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records in compliance with DHA regulations and hospital policies. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research, and continuing medical education activities. Mentor junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals where applicable.
