Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Proven experience managing residential high-rise properties with 500+ units. Strong background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including hard and soft services. Experience managing FM service providers, contracts, budgets, and service delivery. Sound knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, life safety systems, and statutory compliance.
