<p>Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Construction Manager experienced in major civil construction projects to join their team in Dubai to work on a new projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Construction Manager working on relevant projects in the UAE with prior experience working for recognised Main Contracting Companies. This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the construction lifecycle of large scale civil construction building projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timeline standards. Manage day-to-day construction activities, including site supervision, contractor coordination, and resource allocation. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring strict adherence to project milestones. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards. Lead and motivate on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and laborers, to achieve project goals. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges effectively. Monitor procurement and inventory of construction materials to prevent delays. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proven expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and mid - high-rise building codes and standards.
