<p>المنصب : رئيس المخيم الموقع: الإمارات العربية المتحدة (في الموقع) الصناعة: البناء (مفضل) نظرة عامة عن الدور : نحن نبحث عن رئيس مخيم ذو خبرة للإشراف على عمليات يومية لعدة مخيمات إقامة عمالية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. المرشح المثالي سيكون لديه خبرة في إدارة قوى عاملة كبيرة ومتعددة الثقافات، وضمان رفاهية الموظفين، والحفاظ على معايير الإقامة، وضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والنظافة. يتطلب الدور إجراء تفتيشات مخيم منتظمة، وتنسيق مع فرق الموقع ومقدمي الخدمات، والتعامل فعليًا مع استفسارات الموظفين. المسؤوليات الرئيسية • إدارة العمليات الشاملة لمخيم أو مخيمات إقامة عمالية واحدة أو متعددة. • ضمان أن تكون المخيمات نظيفة وآمنة ونظيفة وبما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة والأنظمة الإماراتية. • إجراء تفتيشات منتظمة لمرافق الإقامة، والمطابخ، ومناطق الطعام، والمساحات الترفيهية. • تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة وضمان حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمرافق في الوقت المناسب. • الإشراف على التنظيف والصيانة والأمن والتموين ومقدمي خدمات المخيم الآخرين. • متابعة الإشغال وتوزيع الغرف وسجلات الإقامة. • معالجة مخاوف إقامة الموظفين وحل القضايا اليومية بسرعة. • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والنظافة. • تنسيق النقل والمرافق والخدمات الأساسية للمخيم. • الحفاظ على جرد أصول المخيم واللوازم والمواد الاستهلاكية. • إعداد تقارير المخيم وسجلات التفتيش ووثائق الحوادث. • التواصل مع الموارد البشرية والإدارة وإدارة الموقع والبائعين الخارجيين لضمان تشغيل المخيم بسلاسة. • إجراء زيارات روتينية لعدة مخيمات حسب الحاجة.</p><p>• خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في إدارة مخيمات العمال أو إقامة القوى العاملة في الإمارات أو الخليج. • خبرة في التعامل مع قوى عاملة كبيرة متعددة الثقافات، ويفضل ضمن صناعة البناء. • معرفة قوية بإدارة إقامة العمال ومعايير الرعاية والضيافة للمخيم. • الإلمام بلوائح الإمارات العربية المتحدة الصحية والسلامة والنظافة والإقامة. • مهارات تنظيمية ومهارات حل المشكلات والتواصل بين الأشخاص متميزة. • القدرة على إدارة مخيمات متعددة وتحديد أولويات المتطلبات التشغيلية. • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية ميزة. • رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية (إلزامية). • الكفاءة في Microsoft Office لإعداد التقارير وإدارة السجلات.</p>
