The Senior Manager, Operations and Support is responsible for monitoring processes and conducting access reviews and authorizations for the different systems and databases, in line with DET’s information security policies and procedures.<br>You will also govern the DR testing process, in order to mitigate potential information-security risks, reporting to the regulator and DET management, reporting to the regulator and DET management. Be responsible for managing third-party interactions to ensure that third-party applications, systems, and software are aligned with DET’s information security policies. Ensure that all testing activities are conducted on applications and systems developed by third-party vendors and is responsible for managing all incidents related to information security.<br>Core Functional Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise and advisory services, as needed, to ensure the compliance of the adopted tools. Ensure Dubai Cyber index score of DET is maintained, any deviations shall be reported to direct line manager for appropriate actions. The Opportunity<br><br>The Library and Learning Commons Department seeks an incumbent for the position of Digital Content Specialist who is responsible for the technical production, ongoing maintenance, and user support of the Library’s digital platforms and content, with a specific focus on emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and web-based services. This position supports the library's commitment to innovative service delivery by assisting in the lifecycle of digital initiatives, supporting the full lifecycle of digital initiatives, from planning and development through deployment, maintenance, and user support. Digital Content Specialist ensures the stability and functionality of the library’s digital platforms, web applications, and emerging technology initiatives.<br><br>The Responsibilities<br><br>Core Functional Accountabilities<br><br>Digital Platform Development<br><br> Participates in the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications and tools to facilitate content delivery and enhance library operations. Supports the creation and management of digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring milestones for development, testing, and launch are met. بالشركة.</p></li><li><p>معالجة اعتمادات الحصص وتسجيلات الشركات.</p></li><li><p>تنسيق إجراءات توظيف وتوجه الموظفين وإخراجهم من الشركة.</p></li><li><p>التعامل مع إجراءات نهاية الخدمة وإلغاء الموظفين.</p></li></ul><p>4. نظام حماية الأجور (WPS)</p><ul><li><p>معرفة تامة بمتطلبات وأنظمة UAE WPS.</p></li><li><p>معالجة تسجيل WPS وتقديم ملفات الرواتب.</p></li><li><p>التنسيق مع البنوك ومراكز الامتثال ومكافحة غسيل الأموال وعمليات معرفة عميلك.</p></li><li><p>التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان إدخال العميل بسلاسة.</p></li><li><p>تقديم الإرشاد للعملاء بشأن المتطلبات القانونية
