Experience Level: C-Level / Executive About the Role We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly ethical Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead the company's compliance, governance, and regulatory-risk framework in the UAE. The CCO will work closely with the Board, CEO, executive leadership team, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other business functions to ensure that the organization maintains strong compliance standards while supporting responsible business growth. Qualifications such as CAMS, ICA, CCEP, or other relevant compliance, risk, legal, or governance certifications are beneficial. Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, Legal, Audit, Governance, or a related field. Previous experience as a Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Compliance, Compliance Director, Senior Compliance Manager, or equivalent leadership role is preferred. Proven experience developing and managing compliance frameworks and internal controls. Experience working with senior executives, Boards, auditors, regulators, and external advisors is an advantage.
