About The Role: Network International is the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa, providing payment technology and services to banks, merchants, fintechs and governments. AI & Data Security Governance gives Group Information Security a second-line-of-defence control framework over how AI is adopted and how data is protected — separate from the engineering teams that build and operate the platforms. This role establishes and operates that governance capability. It owns the AI Platform & Implementation Standard, runs the AI security risk-assessment process for AI and large language model (LLM) use cases including agentic AI, and sets group-wide data security governance — classification, protection standards and data-loss-prevention policy — across NI's key regions. This role defines the control requirements engineers build to, assesses AI/data risk independently of the build teams, and reports AI and data security posture to governance committees as NI scales AI adoption. Job Accountabilities Own and maintain the AI Platform & Implementation Standard and the supporting suite of AI security policies and standards, keeping them current as AI adoption and the regulatory landscape evolve. Operate the AI security risk-assessment process for all AI and LLM use cases, including agentic AI, and maintain the AI use-case security register as the authoritative record of what AI is in use, where, and against what risk profile. Implement and maintain the AI governance framework aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), and support the organisation's certification roadmap toward ISO/IEC 42001. Define LLM and generative-AI security control requirements — prompt-injection defence, model access control, output filtering and human-in-the-loop (HITL) requirements — as standards for Security Architecture & Engineering and Technology to implement. Own group data security governance: the data classification scheme, data protection standards, data-loss-prevention (DLP) policy, and data lifecycle security requirements, in coordination with the policy owners for Netskope and equivalent DLP tooling. Own AI third-party risk: define security requirements for AI vendors and model providers, and assess vendor and model-governance claims against NI's requirements. Maintain regulatory watch and alignment for AI and data security across NI's MEA footprint, tracking CBUAE, SAMA guidance, UAE PDPL, POPIA, DIFC/DFSA requirements and EU AI Act exposure arising from EU financial-institution clients. Interface with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on the security-versus-privacy boundary: this role owns security of data, the DPO owns privacy compliance, and the two coordinate joint assessments where AI or data initiatives touch personal data. Report AI and data security key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) and Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) through the Group CISO. Governance & Interfaces Reports AI and data security posture to the Group's executive risk and technology committees, through the Group CISO. Provides standards input to the Design Authority Review Board (DARB). Partners with Security Architecture & Engineering, which retains engineering execution — Dev Sec Ops guardrails, reference architectures and DARB design reviews — against the standards this role sets. Engages Technology's data and AI platform teams for second-line control testing and assurance reporting on standards conformance. Experience/ Skills Required Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred. 9–12 years of progressive information security experience, including at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML security or data governance. Experience in banking, financial services or payments (BFSI/fintech) strongly preferred, given the regulatory and audit expectations of a systemically important payments processor. Exposure to MEA regulatory regimes (CBUAE, SAMA, UAE PDPL, POPIA, DIFC/DFSA or equivalent) is preferred. Demonstrated experience operating a governance, risk-assessment or standards function, with the ability to write and maintain enterprise-grade policy and standards documentation. Deep subject-matter authority with the credibility to influence and coordinate technical delivery teams without direct line authority. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network & Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting the organization’s network and server infrastructure. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Security Manager for implementing, overseeing and monitoring all security matters and the enforcement of security policies and regulation for the protection of guests, employees, properties and classified information and from injury, damage, loss and theft. <ul><li>Protection is provided for all staff, guests, assets and information.</li><li>Security staff is supervised and ensures they discharge their duties effectively.</li><li>24 hour security coverage is provided throughout the Hotel.</li><li>Knowledge of all local laws is understood and adhered to.</li><li>Plays an active role as a member of the Hotel’s Emergency Response Team.</li><li>Effective access control, key control and material control systems have been put in place as measures of preventative security.  </li><li>Investigations to be conducted and concluded in case of theft, loss, acts of vandalism, arson, accident or any other incident of a security nature.</li><li>All surveillance equipment is operated and maintained according to standards Ensure proper key control is followed at all times and entries are made each time a key is withdrawn or deposited.</li><li>Regular security rounds are performed daily within the 24 hour period.</li><li>Security Log is updated on a daily basis and forwarded to Security Manager for review.</li><li>Supervision and assessment of contracted security company is completed daily.</li><li>To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, train, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work according to the standards operating procedures.</li><li>To assign responsibilities to staff members, implementing multi-tasking and periodic performance checks.</li><li>To assist in the planning the weekly working schedules to ensure that the outlets/sections are adequately staffed to handle the levels of business.</li><li>Assist in the conducting of annual performance evaluations.</li><li>To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.</li><li>Assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.</li><li>To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.</li><li>Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management</li><li>Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.</li></ul> </div>

The role drives continuous improvement in system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous quality assurance frameworks aligned with RTA’s digital governance and innovation strategy. Roles and Responsibilities Strategy ·       Lead and oversee govern the development, implementation, and continual refinement of quality assurance frameworks, regulatory controls, and testing standards for licensing systems, in line with RTA digital governance principles and future-oriented architectural standards. ·       Oversee the definition and continuous maintenance of service-quality benchmarks for system performance, data integrity, security, and user experience across all digital Licensing channels. ·       Support the strategic governance and planning of quality control priorities, encompassing AI-enabled validation, integrated system assurance, and lifecycle management of digital solutions Operations ·       Manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with stakeholders to ensure all system functionalities, workflows, and interfaces are validated and approved in accordance with established acceptance criteria. ·       Ensure the integrity and accuracy of licensing systems involved in exchanging and collecting violations issued by internal and external authorities. ·       Supervise the provision of required test data to Licensing Institution partners for integration checks, ensuring full alignment with approved policies. ·       Conduct periodic reviews of licensing-system operators and service providers to ensure adherence to integration requirements, information-security standards, and reporting obligations to the Security and Control Department. ·       Review and analyse system-failure reports and technical issues submitted by support teams, assess solution effectiveness, and coordinate with relevant units to address root causes. ·       Conduct comprehensive functional, performance, security, and compliance testing for system releases, and review and endorse quality control documentation, test results, and supporting evidence to ensure compliance with technical specifications and governance standards prior to deployment and production rollout. ·       Supervise system behaviour after deployment by detecting irregularities, managing defect resolution with technical teams, and ensuring continuous and stable system operations. Product / Process Improvement ·       Support quality control and system-validation processes by refining UAT methodologies, documentation practices, and compliance tracking mechanisms. ·       Enhance governance frameworks, quality standards, and system controls to mitigate the risk of recurring technical failures and improve overall system reliability ·       Analyse post-launch system performance data to identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements for testing, deployment, and monitoring. ·       Document lessons learned and contributed to the continuous enhancement of quality assurance methodologies and automation frameworks.
