To liaise with site team, client / authorities engineers and various other Project stake holders to obtain engineering approvals and NOCs for the Projects. Obtain final clearance of the projects from client, authorities and other stake holders after successful completion of the projects.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>Prepare detailed civil works schedules in coordination with concerned Site / Project Managers Review and recommend to approve engineering drawings, shop-drawing, specifications, and documents to ensure alignment with project requirements Coordinate with the site team, Design Manager, Site / Project Managers to do the cable route engineering and obtain approvals from client and authorities Manage the Site Civil Engineers and Supervisors for completion of project tasks in line with the schedules Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimum resource allocation within the Project allocated budget Coordinate inspections by client and Obtain certification of works progresses on regular basis Collate the site execution related documents for client inspections, records and invoice submissions Coordinate and accompany government authorities and RTA officials to the sites to obtain final clearance certificates for the projects Interpret geotechnical reports as and when required Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to established plans Identify potential project risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan promptly Anticipate and manage technical challenges and unforeseen issues that may arise during project execution Conduct thorough quality inspections and assessments of civil constructions and structures to verify compliance with specifications Implement testing and validation procedures to ensure the durability and safety of constructed projects Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management Provide regular updates, progress reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective teamwork and knowledge sharing Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and correspondence Create comprehensive documentation for projects, enabling efficient maintenance and future reference<br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering Approval from RTA for project works in Right of Way<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 5 to 7 year of relevant experience in the Electrical Projects. 3 year of supervisory experience is desired. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:• Liaise with supervisors, service coordinators, and parts departments to ensure timely parts availability and efficient job scheduling.• Participate in root cause analysis and technical reviews to identify recurring issues and recommend equipment design or process improvements.• Support training and mentorship of junior technicians where required.• Perform other related tasks assigned by management.<br>Qualifications & Requirements:Education:• Diploma, ITI, or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Technology, or Automotive Engineering is required.<br>Experience:• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in servicing, maintenance, and repair of heavy earthmoving equipment (excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, graders, dump trucks).• Proven experience with major brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Liebherr, or JCB is highly desirable.• Significant experience in engine, transmission, hydraulic, and undercarriage system overhaul and repair.<br>Technical Skills:• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems in heavy earthmoving equipment.• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematic diagrams.• Proficiency in using diagnostic software (e.g., Caterpillar ET, Komatsu KOMTRAX, or equivalent) and workshop tooling.• Skilled in welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques.• Understanding of undercarriage inspection and wear measurement standards.<br>Core Competencies:• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting complex equipment faults.• Customer Focus: Professional, service-oriented demeanor with the ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team environment.• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to remote customer sites and work outside standard hours during emergency responses.<br>Additional Requirements:• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field service roles).• UAE-based heavy equipment operator licenses or certifications are advantageous.• Physically fit and able to work in workshop and rugged site conditions.• Willingness to undergo company-provided training and certification as required.<br>Working Conditions:• Work Environment: Combination of workshop-based servicing and field assignments at construction, mining, and infrastructure sites across the UAE.• Schedule: May require extended hours, weekend work, or emergency call-outs.• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift and carry heavy components (up to 50 kg with assistance), work in confined spaces, and operate in outdoor conditions varying from high heat to dusty environments.
