Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights. <br>Minimum Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of experience in robotics automation, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-precision industries. Strong hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC) and robotic programming. Proven experience integrating AMRs, AGVs, or RGV systems into manufacturing environments Experience integrating robots with assembly processes (tightening, dispensing, pressing, welding).
