<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>We are looking for a QAQC Engineer with civil site and quality assurance experience in piling and shoring works. **Commission-Based**<br>About the Role Potters Solutions is looking for high-performing, commission-based IT Sales Consultants to represent the company across the Middle East. This role is suited to independent sales professionals or boutique agencies with a track record of selling technology and consulting solutions into regional banks, government entities, and enterprise clients — and who are comfortable working in a performance-driven, uncapped-earnings environment.<br>This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity: strong performers will transition into a longer-term role with Potters Solutions as the regional book of business grows.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Prospecting & Lead Generation• Identify potential clients across banking, government, and enterprise sectors for AI, Cloud, Managed Services, and Software Development engagements• Generate qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, and regional industry channels• Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline through proactive prospecting across GCC markets<br>2. Client Engagement & Solutioning• Understand client business challenges and position relevant Potters Solutions offerings• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and solution presentations for banking, government, and enterprise stakeholders• Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for solution design and pricing<br>3. Regional Relationship Management• Navigate GCC business culture, procurement cycles, and stakeholder structures across banking and public sector accounts• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at target institutions rather than pursuing one-off transactions• Represent Potters Solutions at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings where relevant<br>4. Deal Coordination & Closing• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close• Work closely with Potters Solutions' leadership on deal structuring for larger institutional engagements• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting<br>What We're Looking For• Proven experience selling IT, AI, cloud, or consulting solutions into the Middle East market, ideally to banking, government, or large enterprise clients• Existing network of relevant contacts across the GCC is a strong plus• Fluency in English required; Arabic fluency strongly preferred• Comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-based structure• Familiarity with regional compliance, data residency, or Islamic finance considerations is an advantage given Potters Solutions' focus on GCC banking and government clients• Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and reporting<br>Compensation<br>Structure: 100% commission-based during the initial contract period — uncapped earning potential tied directly to deal value. Manage the user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, permissions and device deployment. Support the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams and Intune. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and end-user devices. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams and Intune. Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices. Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and time management skills. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for onsite support.<br>Working Hours<br>Full-time, office-based role. Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
