Job Title: Facilities Engineer Department: Facilities Management Location: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and presentation of all building systems across high-end residential and commercial developments. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards, maintaining asset value, and enhancing the overall resident and tenant experience in line with luxury brand expectations.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance across luxury properties. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other UAE regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and condition assessments of assets and infrastructure. Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, supporting cost optimization without compromising quality. Lead emergency response procedures, including system breakdowns, fire alarms, and critical incidents. Support project handover processes, including snagging, testing & commissioning, and documentation review. Maintain accurate records through CAFM systems, including maintenance logs, asset registers, and reports. Collaborate with property management and customer service teams to address tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all facilities reflect luxury standards in cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in facilities management, preferably with luxury real estate developers or premium hospitality assets. Strong expertise in MEP systems, BMS operations, and lifecycle maintenance. Hands-on experience with high-rise residential towers, villas, or mixed-use luxury developments. Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and compliance standards. Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer Experience: 7 – 12 years Position Summary As an Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer, you will develop, implement, and sustain multivariable predictive control and real-time optimisation strategies for process and well operations, while providing site-based engineering oversight of the Contractor's I&C / APC installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning. The role combines deep APC expertise (dynamic linear models and MPC) with hands-on field supervision and assurance of compliance with project, quality, HSE, and ADNOC requirements. Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer Experience: 7 – 12 years Position Summary As an Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer, you will develop, implement, and sustain multivariable predictive control and real-time optimisation strategies for process and well operations, while providing site-based engineering oversight of the Contractor's I&C / APC installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning. The role combines deep APC expertise (dynamic linear models and MPC) with hands-on field supervision and assurance of compliance with project, quality, HSE, and ADNOC requirements. Hands-on experience with Aspen Tech and Honeywell is essential.<br>Responsibilities Perform onsite step testing for process and well operations, including site visits and data-collection activities. Apply dynamic linear models (DLM) and multivariable predictive control (MPC) techniques to develop and implement advanced control strategies for production optimisation. Implement MPC algorithms to optimise complex processes in real time, accounting for multiple variables and constraints. Contribute to the design and development of new APC control systems, and test, maintain, and modify existing systems. Monitor and inspect the Contractor's instrumentation and controls (I&C) installation for progress, compliance with the Contract and applicable codes / standards, quality, and safety / environmental acceptance. Review and approve site I&C and OPC equipment design and engineering, and the Contractor's proposed APC test procedures; witness tests and review the related test reports. Review and confirm the completeness and correctness of installation and configuration Handover Packages, preliminary documentation, and commissioning O&M manuals. Maintain records of variations raised by the Contractor or ADNOC / Client, with supporting evidence, and prepare regular I&C / APC site progress reports. Coordinate with IT / OT and Digital Oil Fields focal points, and align I&C works with civil, mechanical, and electrical works to avoid conflicts and delays. Attend daily and weekly site coordination meetings and monthly progress reviews; liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure safety functions are integrated across all work and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, especially ADNOC requirements.
