<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Technical leadership, review, and coordination of <strong>water transmission/distribution pipelines, pumping stations, storage reservoirs, and water distribution systems</strong>, including large‑diameter pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Hydraulic analysis and modelling of water and wastewater systems, including <strong>steady‑state and transient (surge) analysis</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Design development, review, and optimisation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects at <strong>feasibility, concept, detailed design, and tender stages</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Preparation and review of <strong>technical reports, feasibility studies, tender dossiers, specifications, BoQs, and cost estimates</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Design management and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams and sub‑consultants.</p></li><li><p>Technical interface with <strong>clients, authorities and contractors</strong>, including participation in meetings, workshops, and design reviews.</p></li><li><p>Support during procurement and construction, including technical clarifications, value engineering, and design review of contractor submissions.</p></li><li><p>Contribution to <strong>technical proposals, methodologies, staffing schedules, and project planning activities</strong>.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>More than <strong>15 years of professional experience</strong> in water transmission, water distribution, sewerage networks, and pumping systems.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in <strong>principal and senior engineering roles</strong>, including design management and project coordination.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in <strong>large‑scale water transmission projects</strong>, including pipelines up to DN1200, pumping stations, elevated and ground storage tanks, and associated civil, mechanical, and hydraulic works.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>hydraulic modelling and surge analysis</strong> for water and wastewater systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>UAE; </strong>international experience is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of water transmission and distribution systems, sewerage networks, pumping stations, and storage facilities.</p></li><li><p>Expert user of industry software including <strong>InfoWorks WS, WaterGEMS, Bentley HAMMER, EPANET, SewerCAD, EPA SWMM, and Pipe2006 Surge</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong capabilities in <strong>hydraulic modelling, water balance analysis, demand assessment, and transient analysis</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience in preparation of <strong>technical reports and &nbsp;feasibility studies.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Must have prior experience working with TRANSCO / TAQA / ADDC / AADC projects. </strong></p></li></ul><p></p></section>

<p><strong>Sales & Business Development</strong> ● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per the company's sales plan. ● Generate new business through cold calling, networking, client visits, and referrals. ● Identify new opportunities for WTP, STP, ETP, Swimming Pool Systems, RO Plants, and other water treatment solutions. ● Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. ● Conduct client presentations and technical discussions. ● Participate in exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and promotional activities. ● Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales. </p><p><strong>Technical Sales Support</strong> ● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. ● Prepare preliminary system designs and technical calculations. ● Coordinate with the Design & Proposal Team for technical submissions. ● Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers. ● Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documentation. </p><p><strong>Customer Relationship Management</strong> ● Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, industries, and end users. ● Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. ● Keep customers informed about new products and technologies. ● Coordinate collection of work orders, purchase orders, and payments when required. </p><p><strong>Market Development </strong>● Identify new market opportunities across Dubai and the UAE. ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis. ● Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to management. ● Develop and expand the customer database. </p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong> ● Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Service departments for successful project execution. ● Ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation. ● Support after-sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction. ● Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team. </p><p><strong>Reporting</strong> ● Submit daily and weekly sales reports. ● Maintain accurate CRM records. ● Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status. ● Provide regular updates to senior management. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> ● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in: ○ Mechanical Engineering ○ Electrical Engineering ○ Chemical Engineering ○ Environmental Engineering ○ Civil Engineering ○ Or any equivalent technical qualification ● Graduates with relevant project sales experience may also apply. </p><p><strong>Experience</strong> ● 1–3 years of experience in Project Sales. ● Experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Engineering, MEP, Industrial Equipment, Pumps, or related industries is preferred. ● Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, industries, or government organizations will be an advantage. </p><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong> ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Strong negotiation and closing abilities. ● Technical aptitude with solution-selling capability. ● Customer-focused mindset. ● Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. ● Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Self-motivated with a proactive approach. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ● Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage. <strong>Mandatory Requirements</strong> ● Valid UAE (Dubai) Work Permit / Employment Eligibility. ● Valid UAE Driving License. ● Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and project visits. ● Good command of English (written and spoken).
