Running continuous improvement cycles — collecting feedback from end users, identifying agent failure modes, refining agent behavior, and staying current with emerging AI trends to drive innovation. Conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive AI adoption across departments, and reporting progress, results, and roadmap to senior leadership with clear business impact metrics.<br>Requirements<br>3 - 8 years of experience working in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or industrial business processes, with hands-on exposure to at least 2–3 functions: Engineering, Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Production/Cost Control. Direct experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing context (Infor LN strongly preferred; SAP or Oracle acceptable), including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.<br>Skills & Experience<br>Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows, RAG implementations, or enterprise AI integration projects. The role combines detailed engineering work with the coordination of external design partners and leadership of defined work packages and smaller projects. You will work closely with systems, electrical, software, manufacturing, procurement, test, and quality teams to deliver safe, robust, manufacturable, and maintainable vehicle solutions..<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Own the mechanical design and development of vehicle components, assemblies, and subsystems from concept through design release and product improvement. Translate system and product requirements into mechanical requirements, design concepts, interface definitions, 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
