System Administrator Role Description We are seeking a System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, operating systems, and enterprise platforms to ensure high availability, security, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for administering system environments, monitoring infrastructure performance, implementing security controls, and supporting business-critical technology services across on-premises and cloud environments. Job Description<br><br>KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES: <br><br> Design and implement the infrastructure for the Nol Automated Toll System. Regularly review the effectiveness of the infrastructure to ensure its continued compatibility with changes related to the Authority's needs. Design the architecture of systems, applications, and infrastructure based on requirements and integration between the access control system applications and other internal and external systems within the Authority. Review software requirements specifications and business cases to ensure compliance with RTA standards and specifications, and adhere to best practices based on the latest technologies and requirement. Maintain the infrastructure for the Nol Automated Toll System applications and manage the implementation of solutions for technical incidents and issues that may cause service disruptions and impact business continuity. Manage the implementation of all security controls, implement the security authorities mentioned in vulnerability reports and penetration tests, and support any security audits. Manage all management-related risks in accordance with RTA standards and take all necessary actions to ensure performance is consistently above target Implement a management risk register and develop a plan to address risks related to the Nol Automated Toll Collection System and its projects, providing the necessary mitigation. Manage the implementation of security controls and information security policy at the infrastructure level. Maintain all business impact assessments (BIAs) and business continuity plans (BCPs) at the management level and ensure effective procedures and appropriate plans are in place. Manage the backup and recovery process and submit a quarterly performance indicator report. Conduct periodic simulation tests to ensure effective disaster recovery systems are in place. Provide guidance and support for developing the customer journey and designing the Nol service model. <section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>قيادة استراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات الشاملة للمجموعة ومشهد SAP، والتأكد من توافق جميع أنظمة SAP وبنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والسيبرانية ومبادرات التحول الرقمي والتطبيقات التجارية مع أهداف المؤسسة. يَعمل الدور كمستشار استراتيجي رئيسي لجميع مبادرات ERP والتقنية ويتحمل مسؤولية تعظيم كفاءة الأعمال من خلال التكنولوجيا.</p><br><p><strong>المسؤوليات:</strong></p><ul><li><p>قيادة استراتيجية SAP الشاملــة والتنفيذ والترقيات والهجرة والتحسين عبر جميع الكيانات.</p></li><li><p>إدارة ودعم وحدات SAP بما في ذلك SD وMM وFICO وPP وPM وQM/QA وWM وتكامل الموارد البشرية.</p></li><li><p>تصميم بنية SAP وهياكل التكامل وحوكمة البيانات الأساسية وأمن النظام.</p></li><li><p>قيادة مشاريع تحويل SAP S/4HANA ومبادرات الرقمنة.</p></li><li><p>إجراء تخطيط عمليات الأعمال وتحليل الفجوات وتوصية أفضل ممارسات SAP.</p></li><li><p>إدارة التطويرات المخصصة لـ SAP والتحسينات وتدفقات العمل وتطبيقات Fiori والتكاملات مع جهات خارجية.</p></li><li><p>التنسيق مع مطوري ABAP وشركاء SAP وفرق دعم AMS للمشروعات وحل المشكلات.</p></li><li><p>الإشراف على واجهات SAP مع Power BI وأنظمة البنوك والبوابات الحكومية وZATCA وHRMS وتطبيقات خارجية أخرى.</p></li><li><p>دفع تقارير SAP ولوحات البيانات والتحليلات ومبادرات ذكاء الأعمال.</p></li><li><p>إرساء حوكمة SAP وإجراءات إدارة التغيير وبروتوكولات الاختبار ومعايير قبول المستخدم.</p></li><li><p>قيادة أنشطة ترحيل البيانات وتنظيف البيانات ومبادرات إدارة البيانات الأساسية.</p></li><li><p>توفير التوجيه الوظيفي والتقني بشأن SAP BASIS والتخويلات وإدارة النقل وإدارة النظام.</p></li><li><p>تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية IT متوافقة مع أهداف الأعمال.</p></li><li><p>إدارة الأمن السيبراني والبنية التحتية والخوادم والبيئات السحابية والنسخ الاحتياطي وخطط التعافي من الكوارث.</p></li><li><p>ضمان تشغيل النظام بنسبة 99%+ واستمرارية الأعمال.</p></li><li><p>إدارة ميزانيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وعقود البائعين وترخيص البرمجيات واتفاقيات الخدمة.</p></li><li><p>قيادة إدارة مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتخطيط الموارد وخطط الطريق التكنولوجية.</p></li><li><p>توفير تدريب للمستخدمين والتوثيق والمشاركة مع أصحاب المصلحة.</p></li><li><p>إدارة بنية ICT، وأنظمة CCTV، وأنظمة الحضور البيومترية، وأصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المثالي</p><p class="paragraph"><br></p><ul><li><p>درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو أنظمة المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.</p></li><li><p>شهادات SAP في وحدة واحدة أو أكثر مفضلة.</p></li><li><p>10–15 عامًا من الخبرة الإجمالية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع 8–10 سنوات على الأقل في استشارات SAP وقيادة ERP.</p></li><li><p>خبرة قوية في بيئات SAP ECC وSAP S/4HANA.</p></li><li><p>خبرة واسعة في التصنيع والتجارة وسلسلة الإمداد والمالية وعمليات الأعمال الصناعية.</p></li><li><p>معرفة قوية بهيكل SAP وأساليب التكامل وحوكمة البيانات الأساسية وأتمتة عمليات الأعمال.</p></li><li><p>معرفة عملية بـ ABAP وSAP BASIS وFiori وSAP Analytics وحلول الوسطاء.</p></li><li><p>قدرات قيادية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وإدارة المشاريع ومهارات تفاوض مع الموردين.</p></li><li><p>خبرة في التحول الرقمي وإعادة هندسة العمليات ومبادرات إدارة التغيير.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>

T operations by assisting with maintaining all hotel information technology systems to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest experience, and securing handling of data while developing practical IT and problem-solving skills. Provide daily IT support to hotel departments including Front Office, Finance, F&B, etc. Support and maintain hotel systems such as PMS & POS systems Maintain and monitor hotel Wi-Fi and network connectivity for both guests and staff Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including computers, printers, servers, switches, and mobile devices Manage user access, permissions, and passwords in accordance with hotel security policies Ensure regular system backups, updates, and antivirus protection Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records Support new system installations, upgrades, and hotel openings or renovations Provide basic IT assistance related to guest technology issues when required Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and brand standards Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT support. Fresh graduates and students seeking practical industry experience are encouraged to apply.
