This role will be responsible for programs valued over $100M to build, launch and operate a constellation of Pelican satellites for Planet and its strategic MENA customers. This is a key strategic role for the Space Business Group and Planet as a whole.<br><br>The Senior Manager will achieve success by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources across the company to ensure that the capabilities delivered by the program meet customer requirements and provide excellent imagery products. The Senior Manager must ensure that the Pelicans delivered on orbit are healthy, productive satellites and will shepherd their operations through the life of the contract. This manager will hire or enlist teammates that will establish plans, programs, and teams that maximize the chance for mission success. They will coordinate with Mission Directors and peers in Space Systems, Software Engineering, and other corporate functions to deconflict resources and balance timelines so Planet can maximize the overall success of its mission portfolio.<br><br>The Senior Manager is expected to leverage a core program team to drive the top-level mission elements while enabling and empowering the executing teams. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>نحن نبحث عن مهندس بيانات باهتمامPython رُفيع المستوى ذو خبرة مع خبرة قوية في تطوير Python، وهيكلة الخدمات المصغرة، وهندسة البيانات، وتطوير واجهات برمجة التطبيقات الخلفية.<br> سيكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة عملية في بناء تطبيقات Python قادرة على التوسع وخدمات البيانات، وتصميم واجهات برمجة تطبيقات REST قوية، وتنفيذ تحويلات بيانات معقدة، وتطوير أطر خلفية عالية الأداء لدعم تطبيقات معتمدة على البيانات للمؤسسات.<br> تتطلب هذه الوظيفة كفاءة قوية في أطر الويب بايثون، والبرمجة غير المتزامنة، وهيكلة الخدمات المصغرة، وعمليات ETL، وإدارة قواعد البيانات، وممارسات هندسة البرمجيات الحديثة. <br> سيكون التعرض لتقنيات البيانات الكبيرة وممارسات DevOps والعمارات السحابية الأصلية ميزة كبيرة.<br> المسؤوليات الأساسية: تصميم وتطوير وصيانة أطر ويب بايثون وخدمات خلفية قابلة للتوسع.<br> تطوير واجهات برمجة تطبيقات RESTful قوية باستخدام أطر Python مثل FastAPI أو Flask أو Django.<br> بناء وصيانة تطبيقات قائمة على الخدمات المصغرة تدعم منصات بيانات المؤسسة.<br> تصميم وتنفيذ خطوط تحويل البيانات لاستيعاب البيانات ومعالجتها وإثرائها.<br> تطوير أنظمة خلفية لخدمة مجموعات البيانات عبر APIs وواجهات أخرى.<br> التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتقديم تطبيقات تعتمد على البيانات وقابلة للتوسع وآمنة.<br> تصميم وصيانة مخططات قواعد البيانات العلائقية وNoSQL.<br> تطوير عمليات ETL فعالة لمتطلبات البيانات المؤسسية.<br> تحسين أداء التطبيق وقاعدة البيانات لضمان قابلية التوسع والموثوقية.<br> تنفيذ تقنيات البرمجة غير المتزامنة باستخدام asyncio وتحسين الاتصالات المتزامنة وعمليات الإدخال/الإخراج.<br> ضمان تكامل البيانات واتساقها وجودتها عبر خطوط تحويل البيانات.<br> المشاركة في مراجعات الشفرة والمساهمة في أفضل ممارسات هندسة البرمجيات.<br> استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشاكل الإنتاج عبر التطبيقات وخطوط البيانات.<br> التعاون الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وفرق الهندسة طوال دورة التطوير البرمجي.<br> المهارات التقنية المطلوبة: تطوير Python الأساسي: خبرة عملية قوية في Python الأساسية.<br> خبرة في بناء تطبيقات Python المؤسساتية.<br> فهم قوي لـ: مفاهيم برمجة بايثون، البرمجة الكائنية، البرمجة غير المتزامنة (asyncio)، التعامل مع الاتصالات المتزامنة وتحسين I/O، كتابة كود نظيف ومبادئ تصميم البرمجيات، أطر ويب للبايثون، خبرة مع واحد أو أكثر من التالي: FastAPI Flask Django Pyramid، فهم قوي لـ: تطوير RESTful API، التوجيه، آليات المصادقة، أطر الاختبار، تكاملات قواعد البيانات، هيكلية الإطار وقابليته للتوسع، بنية الخدمات المصغرة، خبرة في: تطبيقات مبنية على الخدمات المصغرة، هندسة الخدمات، تكاملات API، أنظمة موزعة، خدمات خلفية للمؤسسات، معرفة بـ: بوابات API، أنماط اتصال الخدمات، بنى خلفية قابلة للتوسع، الأمان وإدارة APIs، خبرة في تطبيق: OAuth، JWT، أمان API، ممارسات أفضل، آليات تفويض، معايير تشفير، تطوير API آمن، بيانات وهندسة البيانات وتحويلاتها: خبرة عملية في خطوط تحويل البيانات، عمليات ETL، تنظيف البيانات وإثرائها، تقنيات تجميع البيانات، إدارة جودة البيانات وسلامتها، خبرة في: تجهيز البيانات، سير عمل معالجة البيانات، منصات بيانات المؤسسة، إدارة قواعد البيانات، العمل مع: قواعد بيانات relational مثل PostgreSQL و MySQL و SQL Server (مفضل)، NoSQL مثل MongoDB و Redis (مرغوب)، معرفة قوية بـ: تصميم مخطط قاعدة البيانات، تحسين الأداء، إدارة المعاملات، تقنيات retrieval فعالة، أطر ORM، خبرة عملية بـ: SQLAlchemy، Django ORM، القدرة على إجراء: CRUD، تحسين الاستعلام، معالجة المعاملات، نمذجة البيانات، DevOps وCI/CD: خبرة في تطوير وصيانة خطوط CI/CD، سير عمل قائم على Git، أفضل ممارسات التحكم في الإصدار، استراتيجيات الفرع، مراجعات الشفرة، نشرات الإنتاج، تقنيات البيانات الكبيرة (مفضل): Exposure لـ: Apache Spark، Hadoop، Apache Kafka، مفاهيم تخزين البيانات، بنى معالجة البيانات على نطاق واسع، مهارات السكريبتنك: إجادة SQL، قشرة الأوامر (Shell)، بايثون scripting، الحوسبة السحابية والاحتواء بالحاويات (يفضل): Exposure لـ: AWS، Microsoft Azure، Google Cloud Platform (GCP)، Docker، Kubernetes، حوكمة البيانات (مرغوب): المعرفة بمبادئ حوكمة البيانات وممارسات أمان البيانات والتوافق، ممارسات إدارة بيانات المؤسسة، مهارات إضافية مفضلة: خبرة بلغة R، خبرة في مبادرات هندسة البيانات على مستوى المؤسسة، التعرض للعمارة السحابية الأصلية والنشر بالحاويات. المهارات المطلوبة: قدرات تحليلية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات، تواصل ممتاز وقدرات إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مهارات تصحيح الأخطاء والتعامل مع المشاكل، القدرة على العمل بفاعلية ضمن بيئات Agile وتعاونية، عقلية تحمل المسؤولية وتفصيلية، القدرة على التكيف بسرعة مع المتطلبات التجارية والتقنية المتغيرة، مهارات توثيق وتواصل تقني قوية.<br> </span> </div>
