We're growing fast and need a hungry, street-smart Sales Executive to take our products from warehouse to shelf — and keep them there.This is a pure field sales role. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>• Financial Governance: Oversight of all accounting operations including G/L, A/R, A/P, and Payroll. Ensure 100% accuracy in ERP financial data.
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage company liquidity, bank facilities, and fund requirements. Monitor customer payment cycles and credit limits.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Lead annual budget preparation and monthly variance analysis to ensure the business stays within financial targets.
• Tax & Compliance: Manage VAT filings, ensure compliance with IFRS, and handle all local and international tax regulations.
• Audit Management: Act as the primary lead for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is ready and compliant.
• Commercial Finance: Review Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and credit insurance to support sales and export activities.
• Cost Management: Monitor manufacturing costs (COGS) and overheads. Partner with Production and Logistics to identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Drive the automation of financial processes within the ERP system to increase departmental efficiency.
</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with at </p><p>least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferably construction materials). </p><p>• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA) is highly preferred. </p><p>• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and export-import financial regulations. </p><p></p></section>
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to fill the above position. The scope of work would be as below:<br />
• The role requires technical knowledge of the impact that fuel quality can have on vessel equipment, particularly engine<br />
operations. The Technical Advisory team is responsible for translating the laboratory test results of fuel oil.<br />
samples into readable reports and provide advice and support to customers.<br />
• Checking, preparing, generating, and issuing reports using VPS portal.<br />
• Data entry verification.<br />
• Managing Vessel Management System (VMS) when required.<br />
• Preparation of work orders as and when necessary.<br />
• Assist sample registrar during the registration as and when required.<br />
• Co-ordinate with relevant region in case of any doubt in data entries and test results.<br />
• Suggest for improvements relating to the efficiency of FQT reporting tools.<br />
• Providing support to customers/sales regarding FQT related queries.<br />
• Monitor and manage the group technical emails and take necessary action as required.<br />
• Updating of in-house databases.<br />
• Liaise with Laboratory management on behalf of customers.<br />
• Represent VPS at seminars by writing and presenting technical papers and presentations.<br />
• Publish articles and present fuel seminars.<br />
• Some international travel may be required.<br />
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by management.<br />
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company procedures as described in the management system.</p>

• Computer literate with experience in MS Office applications.<br />
• Be able to speak and write English fluently – our business language is English.<br />
