B. Responsibilities and Duties
• Plan, schedule and monitor the project progress as per Company Project Management policy, procedure and guidelines, ensuring on time project delivery, meeting customer expectations.

In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our physical and derivative trading books for middle distillates (specifically Diesel/Gasoil) and light distillates (Naphtha). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of executing profitable trades, managing product-specific risk, and leveraging market arbitrage and operate with a high degree of independence, focusing entirely on market commerciality, counterparty relationships, and book optimization, while collaborating with our dedicated execution teams. </p>
<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ol><li><p>Diagnose engine mechanical faults accurately before dismantling.</p></li><li><p>Carry out engine repair, timing work, cylinder head work, gasket replacement, oil leak repairs, overheating repairs, and complete engine overhaul jobs.</p></li><li><p>Work on Mercedes-Benz engines and other European brands including BMW, Audi, Land Rover, and similar vehicles.</p></li><li><p>Perform compression tests, leak-down tests, cooling system pressure tests, oil pressure checks, and mechanical inspections.</p></li><li><p>Identify root causes of engine failures such as overheating, oil starvation, timing issues, coolant/oil mixing, misfires, compression loss, and abnormal engine noise.</p></li><li><p>Dismantle and assemble engines using correct procedures, tools, torque specifications, timing tools, and cleanliness standards.</p></li><li><p>Inspect engine components including cylinder head, pistons, valves, timing chain, guides, camshafts, crankshaft, bearings, oil pump, and related parts.</p></li><li><p>Carry out engine timing accurately and verify timing before starting the engine.</p></li><li><p>Use diagnostic tools to support mechanical diagnosis before and after repair.</p></li><li><p>Communicate repair findings clearly to the service advisor/workshop team.</p></li><li><p>Support junior technicians when required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain workshop cleanliness, tool discipline, and quality control standards.</p></li><li><p>Carry out post-repair checks, road tests, and final inspections to reduce comebacks.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>The right candidate should be a technician with real mechanical sense, not only a parts replacer.
