Supply Chain & Inventory Manage procurement forecasting, raw material inventory (aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, gaskets, sealants), and finished goods storage. Optimize stock levels to minimize waste and production downtime while supporting just-in-time delivery to site. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with UAE construction safety regulations, Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements, Civil Defence standards, and industry-specific codes. Implement and monitor HSE policies across the factory floor and all active installation sites. Team Leadership & Cost Control Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including production supervisors, factory workers, site foremen, logistics coordinators, and QC inspectors. Monitor operational budgets, control production costs, reduce material wastage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
