This role ensures that the physical environment is safe, functional, and in compliance with all regulations and standards. The engineer will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve facility-related issues promptly.</p><p><br></p><p>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.</p></li><li><p>Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and supervise repair projects and ensure timely completion.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with contractors and service providers for specialized repairs.</p></li><li><p>FM operations, PPM (planned preventive maintenance), reactive maintenance, maintenance checklist, site inspections, CAFM systems, work order management, subcontractor coordination, manpower planning, shift scheduling, tenant satisfaction, client coordination, complaint handling, MEP systems knowledge, HVAC systems, chillers, FCU, AHU, electrical systems, LV systems, DB panels, plumbing systems, drainage systems, firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, BMS monitoring, ELV systems, building fabric maintenance, civil works, gypsum, painting, waterproofing, material knowledge, spare parts control.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Minimum Requirement</p><p>(Education &amp; Experience)</p><ul><li><p>Engineering Degree</p></li><li><p>Required 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related field</p></li></ul><p><br></p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and maintenance management software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul><p></p></section>
