We are hiring two Supply Chain Coordinators to run the day-to-day procurement, logistics and system operations of our Supply Chain Division. This is a hands-on execution role reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, working across our brands (Lollipop Factory, Mywalit, Nectar and others) and our entities in ERPLY and Zoho. <h2 class="h5">الوصف الوظيفي</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> نحن نبحث عن مساعد موارد بشرية يركز بقوة على التوظيف لدعم أنشطة التعيين للوظائف في التجزئة والمكاتب والمخازن والعمليات. سيعالج الدور بشكل أساسي نشر الوظائف، واستخراج المرشحين، فحص السير الذاتية، المكالمات الأولية، تنسيق المقابلات، متابعة التوظيف، والحفاظ على سجلات التوظيف. المسؤوليات الأساسية <ul><li>نشر الفرص الوظيفية على بوابات الوظائف وقنوات التوظيف. </li><li>استكشاف وفرز المرشحين بناءً على متطلبات الوظيفة. </li><li>إجراء مكالمات فحص أولية. </li><li>جدولة المقابلات والتنسيق مع مديري التوظيف. </li><li>الحفاظ على متتبعات التوظيف وسجلات المرشحين. </li><li>متابعة المرشحين خلال عملية التوظيف. </li><li>دعم إعداد العروض والمتطلبات قبل الانضمام وتنسيق الالتحاق. </li><li>المساعدة في المهام الإدارية للموارد البشرية عند الحاجة. </li></ul> المتطلبات<ul><li>خبرة سابقة في التوظيف في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. </li><li>خبرة في نشر الوظائف، الاستقطاب، الفرز، وتنسيق المقابلات. </li><li>يفضّل وجود خبرة في توظيف موظفين للباعة بالتجزئة، المبيعات، المكاتب، أو المستودعات. </li><li>معرفة أساسية بقانون العمل الإماراتي، والإجراءات المتعلقة بالانضمام والتأشيرات. </li><li>مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وتنظيم ومتابعة جيدة. </li><li>إلمام جيد ببرامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة الموارد البشرية/التوظيف. </li><li>تجربة Zoho Recruit تعد ميزة.</li></ul> المزايا<ul><li>استمرار توظيف بدوام كامل. </li><li>بيئة عمل موارد بشرية مهنية. </li><li>فرصة تطوير مهني. </li><li>الراتب والمزايا وفق سياسات الشركة. </li></ul> </div>
