The Real Estate Broker will source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities, preparing and reviewing contracts and other documentation, and coordinating with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders. The role involves building and maintaining a strong client network, responding to inquiries promptly, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure repeat and referral business. The broker will also stay current with local real estate regulations, community developments, and market trends to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.<br>Qualifications<br> Candidates should possess strong skills and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a solid understanding of the Dubai and wider UAE property market. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including property valuation, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance. Relevant real estate license or registration in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one) is preferred. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Proficiency with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software. Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills. Prior experience as a real estate broker or agent in Dubai is highly beneficial.
