The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at communication and sales.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Generate leads through calls</p></li><li><p>Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.</p></li><li><p>Present and explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage details.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.</p></li><li><p>Process applications, policy updates, and documentation accurately.</p></li><li><p>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Provide post-sale customer support and handle inquiries or claims guidance.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications & Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>Bachelor’s degree required</strong> (preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field).</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluency in English & Hindi</strong></p></li><li><p>Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred. (Health, Motor & Life Insurance)</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand and present complex insurance information clearly.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p></p></section>
