1. Participate in project bidding, feasibility studies, cost analysis, basic design, detailed design, and engineering management for industrial sector (specifically in water treatment and desalination) and marine sector projects.
2. Support business development activities, including technical proposal preparation, bills of quantities (BOQs), tender drawings compilation and pre-bid technical consultation for new potential projects.
3. Develop and formulate geological investigation programs; independently review geotechnical investigation reports issued by third parties and deliver formal technical comments, engineering recommendations and optimisation measures.

7. Provide professional geotechnical consultancy, maintain efficient communication and coordination with clients, design consultants, main contractors and local government authorities, and attend regular technical review meetings.
8. Provide on-site geotechnical construction supervision and technical support, monitor foundation construction, piling works and ground improvement implementation progress; identify construction risks, handle geotechnical emergencies and solve complex on-site technical difficulties.
9. Communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal teams, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, third-party consultants and local government authorities; attend regular technical meetings, progress meetings and design review meetings, and issue official technical correspondence.
10. Carry out technical research, scheme optimisation and technical verification for soil improvement and treatment works (including dynamic compaction, vibro compaction, stone column, preloading and grouting treatment, etc.) applicable to local desert and coastal soil.
11. Assume responsibility for guiding and cultivating young engineering professionals.
12. Responsible for the development and preparation of specialized, standardized documentation and calculation sheets across bidding, basic design, and detailed design phases, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geotechnical Engineering or Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of geotechnical engineering working experience, especially in the MENA region.

Strong exposure to modern construction technologies and digital project delivery systems. Hands-on experience with BIM-based project delivery and integrated project controls.
