Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacement, lubrication, and tune-ups. Repair and replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, clutches, suspensions, steering systems, and exhaust systems. Diagnose vehicle faults using computerized diagnostic equipment and repair tools. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize vehicle breakdowns and downtime. Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper performance. Maintain service records, repair reports, and maintenance logs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and manufacturer specifications. Coordinate with supervisors and spare parts departments to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep the workshop clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools and materials. Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle faults. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
